Il titolare dopo essere stato più volte da me sollecitato telefonicamente e tramite messaggi,si negava e solo dopo la scadenza del documento provvisorio,mi inviava il libretto con il passaggio. On the occasion of a change of ownership, the old booklet was withdrawn and the provisional document valid for one month was given to me. The owner, after having been solicited by me several times by telephone and via messages, refused and only after the expiry of the provisional document, sent me the booklet with the passage. This lack of seriousness forced me to keep the vehicle stationary and also to postpone the revision.
