Volevo raccontare la mia amara delusione con Aci..Sono stato un centro delegato per più di dieci anni ho partecipato attivamente ad innumerevoli manifestazioni, venduto innumerevoli tessere,anticipatamente pagate dalla mia azienda, che mi hanno riconosciuto con targhe di merito; impegnando mezzi,struttura e dipendenti senza mai chiedere niente, aggrappandomi soltanto ad una promessa di ricevere almeno il rimborso dei costi vivi, ma alla fine nulla mi è stato riconosciuto!!!!! Anzi dopo qualche anno mi è stato comunicato che avevo dei residui da pagare....un bel giorno mi si è presentato il direttore che, appoggiandosi sulla fiducia reciproca avuta negli anni lavorativi precedenti, mi ha fatto firmare un piano di rientro ed io, povero sciocco, ho contato nella fede nella persona davanti a me ed ho firmato. Dopo un controllo accurato ci siamo resi conto che era stato tutto pagato e decidemmo di abbandonare la convenzione con l'Aci.
In seguito l' Aci ci ha fatto un decreto ingiuntivo che abbiamo impugnato, ma invano, perché la legge dice che firmando ho accettato e blindato questo debito per cui i bonifici fatti nn hanno rilevanza. Da un ulteriore controllo ho scoperto che questo modus operandi è, per Aci, un espediente premeditato e ripetuto!!!! Ho trovato altre sentenze di colleghi che hanno avuto lo stesso decreto ingiuntivo! Invito tutti a nn interagire con Aci perché meschini ed ingannevoli.....adesso io sto ancora avendo ripercussioni e mi stanno portando al fallimento. Non è giusto che queste grandi aziende si nutrano del nostro lavoro e della nostra buona fede per arricchirsi!!!!!

I wanted to tell my bitter disappointment with Aci .. I have been a delegated center for more than ten years I have actively participated in countless events, sold countless cards, paid in advance by my company, which have recognized me with plaques of merit; engaging means, structure and employees without ever asking for anything, only clinging to a promise to receive at least the reimbursement of living costs, but in the end nothing was recognized to me !!!!! Indeed, after a few years I was informed that I had some residuals to pay ... one day the director showed up who, relying on the mutual trust he had in previous working years, made me sign a repayment plan and I, poor fool, I counted in faith in the person in front of me and signed. After a thorough check we realized that everything had been paid for and we decided to abandon the agreement with the ACI.
Later the Aci gave us an injunction that we challenged, but in vain, because the law says that by signing I accepted and secured this debt for which the transfers made have no relevance. From a further check I discovered that this modus operandi is, for Aci, a premeditated and repeated expedient !!!! I found other sentences of colleagues who have had the same injunction! I invite everyone not to interact with Aci because they are mean and deceptive ..... now I am still having repercussions and they are leading me to failure. It is not fair that these big companies feed on our work and our good faith to get rich !!!!!

Ho pagato l'intero importo, alla fine l'ho dovuto pagare di nuovo, e ancora non mi hanno tradotto la patente, ogni volta che provo a parlare con loro mi dicono di chiamare una settimana dopo, e sono passati 10 mesi da quando pagato per il servizio, sono ancora scortesi.
I don't recommend doing anything with them. I paid the full amount, in the end I had to pay it again, and they still didn't translate my driver's license, whenever I try to talk to them they tell me to call a week later, and it's been 10 months since I paid for the service, are still rude.
Não recomendo fazer nada com eles. paguei o valor total, no final tive que pagar de novo, e ainda assim não fizeram a tradução da minha carteira de habilitação, sempre que eu tento falar com eles me dizem pra ligar uma semana depois, e já faz 10 meses que eu paguei pelo serviço, ainda são mal educados.
