★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanti lo confondono con l'osteria della Ribolla, che, è vero ha i vini Collavini, ma è gestita da un'altra persona.. l'azienda vinicola fa solo vini (di ottima qualità tra l'altro) e ha lo spaccio proprio lì dell'osteria
Many confuse it with the Ribolla tavern, which, it is true, has Collavini wines, but is managed by another person .. the winery makes only wines (of excellent quality, by the way) and has its own shop there of the tavern

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful people and wonderful wines. Good food at Osteria della Ribolla - a great spot to enjoy the wines. Broy and the sparkling Ribolla Gialla are exceptional as you would expect since this is the spiritual home of Ribolla Gialla. The mid-range wines Fumat (Sauvignon Blanc) and Pucino (Refosco) are extremely quaffable. Look out for the specialties such as the sweet Picolit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Friulano white (formerly known as Tocai) is absolutely excellent. I suspect their other wines are its match, but we did not taste them all.
The restaurant is a real treat and the host is the most welcoming I have met in years.
