★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo concentrarmi per trovare le parole per descrivere questo posto. Dovrei dire "curato nei minimi dettagli", ma non basta, è di più! Il locale è unico nel suo genere, non ce ne sarà mai un altro uguale per l'originalità e per il lavoro artigianale che c'è dietro. Da Etto non si mangiano solo piatti raffinati, di eccezionale qualità che saziano e sorprendono anche i palati più esigenti, ma delle vere e proprie opere d'arte che deliziano tutti e cinque i sensi.
Le quantità sono più che soddisfacenti, il personale è gentilissimo, super attento e disponibile.
Il prezzo è quello che ci si aspetta da un ambiente sofisticato e delicato allo stesso tempo, in cui viene servita solo l'eccellenza.
Ci tornerò molto volentieri! Grazie
 I have to concentrate to find the words to describe this place. I should say "attention to detail", but not enough, it's more! The restaurant is unique in its kind, there will never be another equal for its originality and the craftsmanship behind it. At Etto you will not only eat refined dishes of exceptional quality that satiate and surprise even the most demanding palates, but real works of art that delight all five senses.
The quantities are more than satisfactory, the staff is very kind, super attentive and helpful.
The price is what you expect from a sophisticated and delicate environment at the same time, where only excellence is served.
I will be back there again! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sensazione che ho avuto entrando è stata come se chiudendomi la porta alle spalle, oltre la tenda, attraversassi una linea spazio-temporale entrando in un'altra dimensione.....mi sono lasciata alle spalle una città che per quanto bellissima è piena di problemi, per entrare in un luogo unico, dove l'attenzione è rivolta al senso del gusto, al piacere del cibo, dove ti rendi conto che i giovani imprenditori con la loro voglia di rimane investono in un idea nuova, innovativa che porta pregio ma soprattutto ammirazione al loro impegno.
Se torno in città, torno sempre da loro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming oasis for meat lovers near the cathedral. Complimentary amuse bouche included beef sushi rolls and little fried meatballs with BBQ dip. Toro tartare was both generous and scrumptious with a touch of tartuffo. Deer meat was cooked to perfection and also well presented. Service was attentive and very helpful, as our Italian is limited. All this with an extensive wine list makes Etto a must for lunch or dinner. Bravo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the only meal of my life that was not only delicious and filling but also thought-provoking and, even, hilarious. The degustation menu was extremely value-packed: I'm a heavy-hitter in terms of how much food I can eat but I couldn't even come close to finishing it. This meal taught me how to become comfortable leaving food on my plate. Each time that the servers brought out another course, we had to stifle our laughter at how large it was. When we got around to the final course -- an amazing steak covered in parmesan on a bed of arugula and tomatoes with a side of deep fried potatoes -- we all agreed that the steak felt extremely light and refreshing in comparison with the rest of the courses. It was an extremely memorable meal.
