La visite était intéressante et les paysages somptueux, mais nous ne sommes pas montés jusqu'à la vallée del bove et n'avons pas exploré de grottes, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur notre programme. Le guide, très sympathique, semblait préférer nous raconter sa vie et nous faire goûter aux spécialités locales que nous faire marcher et grimper bien haut, ce pour quoi nous avions tout de même payé. Donc une belle journée de découverte, mais qui nous a incité à ajouter le lendemain à notre voyage une montée au sommet de l'Etna via les guides du refuge de Sapienza pour avoir la réelle sensation d'avoir gravi le volcan. We spent half a day discovering Etna. The tour was interesting and the scenery sumptuous, but we did not climb up to the del Bove Valley and did not explore caves, contrary to what was stated on our program. The guide, very friendly, seemed to prefer to tell us his life and make us taste the local specialties that we walk and climb high, for which we had still paid. So a beautiful day of discovery, but that prompted us to add the next day to our trip a climb to the top of Mount Etna via the guides of the refuge Sapienza to have the real feeling of having climbed the volcano.
