Non puoi avere nessuna informazione su un immobile in loro gestione se non prendendo un appuntamento. Assurdo. Dopo la prima esperienza con loro mi fido a occhi chiusi; sono dei "veri" mediatori! Fanno gli interessi delle parti in maniera davvero etica (come il loro nome!) Veramente bravi e onesti anche i vari professionisti a cui mi hanno indirizzata (geometri, ingegneri,periti,ecc). Posso solo dare il massimo della valutazione Correctness and professionalism are their watchwords! Persistent in carrying out an assignment. Ho avuto rapporti con la Sig.ra Giovanna che mi ha venduto un immobile,con annesso terreno,edificato nel 1929. Si é districata alla grande in mezzo alle decine di servitù che gravavano sullo stesso. Oltre che uscirne vittoriosa nella eterna battaglia contro l'italica burocrazia. (e vi garantisco che la burocrazia in Italia è un avversario che vi toglie la voglia di intraprendere qualsiasi cosa) CONSIGLIATISSIMA se volete vendere o acquistare un immobile. Inoltre i rapporti non sono come nella maggioranza delle agenzie immobiliari, cioè freddi e impersonali,ma sono improntati alla cordialità. L' immobile che stavamo acquistando era con un' altra agenzia e loro sono andati oltre il loro compito che era solo vendere il nostro appartamento, mi hanno seguito e aiutato anche nell' acquisto dell' altra casa, facendo tutti i controlli per vedere se era a posto, togliendo i nostri dubbi anche se non era un loro compito, hanno da subito dimostrato professionalità ,gentilezza, chiarezza e onestà. Vivo a 1.200 km dall immobile di mia proprietà (con tutte le difficoltà del caso), senza di loro e senza la disponibilità di spostarmi, non so come avrei fatto. Mi hanno seguito nella locazione dell'immobile e in corso di locazione, anche su problematiche di cui sicuramente non erano obbligati a farsi carico. Grazie alle mie due "voci": Giovanna e Roberto.
