★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho contattati se non sbaglio una settimana fa per un bilocale,dopo le dovute richieste di informazioni su me e la mia compagna rispondo che abbiamo un attività da un paio di anni e mi viene chiesto per telefono in pratica il fatturato dell attività,quando ho risposto che avrei dovuto fare il bilancio fra poco che chiudo l'anno e comunque parlarne così al telefono su due piedi non mi sembrava il caso è iniziato il modo di fare saccente e un po nervoso dell'agente,guardi che deve avere tot per pagare l'affitto,se glie lo chiedo è perché serve una garanzia ecc ecc,trattato con insufficienza solo perché partita Iva,peccato che un contratto indeterminato non da nessuna garanzia,se uno è poco serio e non vuole pagare o ritarda sempre lo fa e basta a prescindere,forse è proprio la persona che ha un attività a poter dimostrare più di tutti la propria serietà pagando da anni regolarmente l'affitto del negozio,tanti saluti e scendete da quel piedistallo che la maggior parte di voi del settore si è creato.Tanti saluti.
