★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente non posso che parlare bene di questa ditta! Sono stati disponibili e trasparenti. Il prodotto è assolutamente veritiero alla foto mostrata nel sito. Lavoro anche io nel settore commerciale e mi sento di dire che è stato svolto il lavoro con la massima serietà e correttezza. Anche mio fratello si è servito da eternal parquet con ottimi risultati.
 Personally, I can only speak highly of this company! They were helpful and transparent. The product is absolutely true to the photo shown on the site. I also work in the commercial sector and I feel I can say that the work was carried out with the utmost seriousness and fairness. My brother also used eternal parquet with excellent results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un sabato mattina ho la sciagurata idea di fare un acquisto su Eternal Parquet. Il lunedì successivo ricevo un messaggio e una email con scritto "Il Suo ordine è stato spedito", ignaro dell'agonia in cui mi stavo addentrando...
Siamo a giovedì mattina, ma il materiale ancora non arriva. Cerco quindi di mettermi in contatto con loro telefonicamente, ma senza successo. Ricevo quindi un'altra email in cui mi si dice "Il Suo ordine è stato evaso" con un'indicazione di consegna di circa 10/12 giorni.
Passano quindi i 12 giorni, ma del materiale non c'è traccia. Comincia una serie di telefonate con l'ufficio commerciale che tira fuori le scuse più disparate, tra cui la più brillante è stata che il materiale doveva essere trasferito da un magazzino all'altro, cosa ovviamente priva di ogni logica.
Dopo due settimane e mezzo dal mio ordine d'acquisto l'unica cosa che riesco a ottenere, oltre a innumerevoli prese in giro, è un numero di tracking, peccato che dopo una settimana dall'emissione di questo numero si scopre che era sbagliato.
Me ne danno uno nuovo, ma nel frattempo sono passati 25 giorni dalla data di acquisto. Arriva il giorno previsto per la consegna, ma il corriere non si presenta: avevano scritto male il mio indirizzo. Finalmente il giorno successivo il materiale arriva, ad un mese esatto dalla data dell'ordine.
Peccato che fosse difettato e che su 13 metri di battiscopa ordinati e pagati fino all'ultimo millimetro ne siano arrivati solamente 11,40. Risultato: una parte della casa ancora senza battiscopa. L'appartamento deve essere affittato, ma gli inquilini non vogliono entrare fintanto che i lavori non saranno ultimati.
One Saturday morning I have the unfortunate idea of making a purchase on Eternal Parquet. The following Monday I receive a message and an email saying "Your order has been shipped", unaware of the agony I was entering ...
We are on Thursday morning, but the material still does not arrive. So I try to get in touch with them by phone, but without success. I then receive another email saying "Your order has been processed" with an indication of delivery of about 10/12 days.
Then 12 days pass, but there is no trace of the material. A series of phone calls begins with the sales office which comes up with the most disparate excuses, among which the most brilliant was that the material had to be transferred from one warehouse to another, which obviously lacks any logic.
After two and a half weeks from my purchase order the only thing I can get, besides countless teases, is a tracking number, too bad that after a week of issuing this number it turns out that it was wrong.
They give me a new one, but in the meantime 25 days have passed since the date of purchase. The expected delivery day arrives, but the courier does not show up: my address had been misspelled. Finally, the next day the material arrives, exactly one month from the date of the order.
Too bad that it was defective and that out of 13 meters of skirting boards ordered and paid for up to the last millimeter, only 11.40 meters arrived. Result: a part of the house still without baseboards. The apartment is to be rented, but the tenants do not want to enter until the works are completed.

I tempi di arrivo per i campioni sono 48 ore come descritto sul sito, dopo una settimana non ho visto niente e loro non hanno mai risposto ai miei solleciti. La spedizione dei campioni deve essere veloce perché preliminare a un ordine futuro, non si possono raddoppiare i tempi. Se aspetto più di una settimana per pochi centimetri, quanto dovrei aspettare per 100 metri? Se leggete questo messaggio vi dico di non spendere soldi a inviarmi i campioni perché non comprerò comunque da voi. Quando si compra online la fiducia è tutto. Se questo è il vostro biglietto da visita, ringrazio il cielo di non aver provveduto subito all'ordine come era nelle mie intenzioni. Tenetevi queste 10 euro come regalo da parte mia.
Luckily I only ordered samples and only wasted 10 euros. The arrival times for the samples are 48 hours as described on the site, after a week I have not seen anything and they have never responded to my reminders. The shipment of the samples must be fast because preliminary to a future order, the times cannot be doubled. If I wait more than a week for a few centimeters, how long should I wait for 100 meters? If you read this message I tell you not to spend money sending me the samples because I will not buy from you anyway. Trust is everything when buying online. If this is your business card, thank goodness for not having immediately placed the order as it was in my intentions. Keep these 10 euros as a gift from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto il rimborso dell'ordine il 22/06 esattamente una settimana fa, in quanto non disponibile in magazzino per la consegna entro 48 ore come indicato sul sito, anche se al momento del pagamento mi avevano dichiarato il contrario. Ancora non mi è arrivato il riaccredito sulla mia carta. Abbiamo mandato diverse mail senza avere nessun riscontro e anche le telefonate sono state sempre evasive. Devo considerare persi 250€?
I requested a refund of the order on 22/06 exactly one week ago, as it was not available in stock for delivery within 48 hours as indicated on the site, even if at the time of payment they had declared the opposite to me. I haven't received my credit back on my card yet. We sent several emails without receiving any feedback and even the phone calls were always evasive. Do I have to consider 250 € lost?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio online da evitare. Prodotto acquistato oltre un mese fa che avrebbe dovuto essere spedito in massimo 8-10 gg. Non rispondono alle email e al telefono ti rispondono sempre che l'ordine arriverà la settimana seguente. Ho dovuto aprire una pratica con Paypal per tentare quantomeno di essere rimborsata. Professionalità e assistenza clienti inesistenti, avrei purtroppo dovuto fidarmi delle recensioni online che sono infatti pessime. Comprate altrove!
Online shop to avoid. Product purchased over a month ago that should have been shipped in 8-10 days maximum. They don't reply to emails and on the phone they always reply that the order will arrive the following week. I had to open a file with Paypal to at least try to be reimbursed. Professionalism and non-existent customer support, I would have unfortunately had to trust the online reviews which are in fact very bad. Buy elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza!la boiserie ordinata era spaccata sicuramente per colpa del corriere che non voleva neanche portatla a casa ma cercava un luogo vicino mi sn rifiutata in quanto ammalata! Dooo averla aperta mi sono accorta del danno proprio dopo 10 min mando la mail per chiedere di venirla a ritirare o a risarcirmi del 50%se ev la tenevo! Mi è stato risposto che le spese erano a carico mio!! Una vergogna!
Bad experience! The neat wood paneling was certainly broken due to the courier who did not even want to take it home but was looking for a nearby place sn refused me as sick! After having opened it, I noticed the damage right after 10 minutes, I send the email to ask to come and collect it or to compensate me for 50% if I ever kept it! I was told that the expenses were my responsibility !! A shame!

Non comprendo i commenti negativi postati per il semplice gusto di "screditare" una ditta che lavora seriamente e con professionalità e che potrebbe aver avuto in qualche occasione problemi logistici con le spedizioni dovuti ai corrieri e alla contingenza di questo particolare periodo economico. Non ho mai avuto problemi a contattarli e via wup se non immediatamente la risposta è arrivata nell'arco di qualche ora.
Serious and reliable shop, there was a small delay with the delivery resolved within 3 working days simply by agreeing with Ms Laura (very kind and very helpful and professional) for the collection of the goods by courier sent directly by me . I do not understand the negative comments posted just for the sake of "discrediting" a company that works seriously and professionally and that may have had logistical problems on some occasions with shipments due to couriers and the contingency of this particular economic period. I have never had problems contacting them and via wup if not immediately the answer arrived within a few hours.
