Di livello anche l'offerta dei vini, locali ma non solo. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. The bistro definition is a bit limiting and refers to the formula of the menu and to the structure of the restaurant, but the quality and complexity of the dishes on offer is absolutely a level restaurant. The offer of wines, local but not only, is also of a high standard. Excellent quality-price relation.

Possibilità di ordinare alla carta o dei menù variamente assortiti a scelta dallo Chef Alfonso. Piatti curati nei minimi dettagli e ed accompagnati da un ottimo pane caldo. Ritorneremo senz’altro. Warm and welcoming atmosphere in the heart of Pescara, in Piazza Salotto. Possibility to order à la carte or variously assorted menus chosen by Chef Alfonso. Dishes with attention to the smallest details and accompanied by excellent hot bread. We will certainly return.

While the food was good, the man waiting on my table attacked and beat up a harmless mentally ill man in the plaza during my dinner. Watching a helpless man on the floor bleeding as a result of the staff (who were on shift) at this restaurant is not acceptable.

C	Claudio Criscione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice surprise. Reading the menu, my mind immediately went into "oh no another anonymous restaurant" mode. Who has an Angus burger on their menu in 2021?! Well, we went with the chef flight and boy was I wrong. Unassuming dishes hid pleasant surprises, including what might well be the best burger - no bun, but a simple and minimalistic serving - I had. Service was friendly, fast and streamlined, which we greatly appreciated. Prices are well below what you would expect for the quality right in the city center. Recommended.
