Excellent language school. Qualified teachers, also the organization of the school is excellent; moreover, the secretarial staff and all the staff working in the office are kind and helpful. Personale competente e gentile. Lo consiglio a tutti. Excellent school, I went to them for a Spanish course to prepare me for the DELE exam and I found maximum availability for lesson times and the possibility of deferring the payment (however, the prices are good and not exorbitant at all). Competent and kind staff. I recommend it to everybody.
C	Chiara Dangelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inqualificabili. 1: Ho seguito (consigliatissimo da loro) un corso extra, a pagamento ovviamente, per affrontare meglio l'esame, ma che non ha fornito nessun tipo di strumento, anzi..totalmente inutile. 2: Il giorno della prova dell'esame orale, mi è stato dimezzato il tempo preliminare per la preparazione (da 30 minuti a 15), perché "siamo in ritardo" e sono stata pesantemente disturbata durante (domande ripetute sui miei dati anagrafici già dati, sbattimento di oggetti e porte, gente che entrava e usciva dalla mia stanza, chiacchiere ecc).Quando ho fatto presente la cosa, assieme ad altre due colleghe, sono stata presa per bugiarda. 3: Questa stessa persona, si è rifiutata di far ascoltare nuovamente diversi audio della comprensione auditiva, che a causa di un disturbo tecnico saltavano o addirittura si interrompevano per molti secondi. Non ho avuto neanche la gentile concessione di conoscere l'orario quando l'ho cortesemente chiesto, così da poter ottimizzare i tempi. Preferisco fare 500 km in più, che avere a che fare con la vostra mancanza di professionalità. Dovreste essere all'altezza di quanto si esige da questi esami, ma non lo siete stati. Unqualifiable. 1: I followed (highly recommended by them) an extra course, for a fee of course, to better face the exam, but which did not provide any type of tool, indeed .. totally useless. 2: On the day of the oral exam, the preliminary time for preparation was halved (from 30 minutes to 15 minutes), because "we are late" and I was heavily disturbed during (repeated questions on my personal data already given , slamming of objects and doors, people entering and leaving my room, chattering, etc.) When I mentioned this, along with two other colleagues, I was taken for a liar. 3: This same person refused to play different audios of hearing comprehension again, which due to a technical disturbance skipped or even stopped for several seconds. I didn't even have the kind concession to know the time when I kindly asked, so that I could optimize the times. I prefer to do 500 km more than to deal with your lack of professionalism. You should live up to the demands of these exams, but you haven't been.
