Nello stipulare il contratto, HO POTUTO CONSTATARE che hanno mantenuto, per il tempo stabilito, i costi … quindi ….patti chiari ed amicizia lunga. G	Gusman 91 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione: Estra è una truffa bella e buona, avevamo deciso di pagare tramite i bollettini, ma l'unica cosa che ci hanno mandato è stata la lettera dell'avvocato per non aver pagato la bolletta della luce. Il problema è che loro non ci hanno mandato proprio nulla, quindi ci hanno staccato la luce. Non passate a Estra, chi mette 5 stelle sono proprio loro chi lavora. Estra è da denunciare per truffa e minacce, in più non è un mercato libero perché ti chiedono pure la penale da pagare. In più siamo io e la mia donna e mi è arrivato 180€ di luce e 500€ di gas. Voi siete di fuori, siete dei ladri!! Con una casa di soli 40mq... È un furto. Però letterina da avvocato vi arriva anche subito! Never again Estra! Short and bad experience! Felice di aver cambiato…fra le altre cose hanno pure mandato una bolletta da pagare di febbraio,quando io ho cambiato fornitore da gennaio. TRUFFATORI! Non-existent customer service. Sconsiglio vivamente questo gestore per la poca serietà ed incompetenza nelle procedure. Pessima comunicazione. Risposte vaghe e nessun riscontro alle mail. Qualcuno che si prenda in mano la voltura e la porti a termine spiegando dignitosamente come funziona la procedura, non andare avanti a spizzichi dovendo sempre chiamare io per avere delle delucidazioni ogni passo per venirne a capo. Ho disdetto il contratto e sono due giorni che una CAFONA mi chiama per il rientro per poi sbattermi giù a malo modo il telefono al mio rifiuto. Servizio clienti SCANDALOSO e non solo in questo frangente. Prezzi assurdi e anziché fidelizzare il cliente con sconti, alzano zitti zitti i prezzi per poi proporre una migliore offerta quando si disdice la fornitura con loro… scappate a gambe levate ! L'unico importante problema è l'attesa al call center troppa. E il ti chiamiamo noi non funziona bene. Scegli la fascia oraria ma non ti contattano. I have been an Estra customer several times and nothing to say about rates, transparency, the app, services and assistance. The only major problem is waiting at the call center too much. And the we call you doesn't work well. Choose the time slot but they don't contact you.
