★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo il semipermante ma non fatto da loro .Mi si so rovinano due unghie il che chiamo e prendo un appuntamento per levarlo venerdì mi presento arrivo e c'è un po' di attesa... Arriva il mio turno la ragazza inizia con il togliere il semipermanente ma vedo che mi viene messo il remover e poi continua con la lima sicché sta usando la vecchia maniera il che io gli dico cortesemente se mi poteva usare la fresa e lei mi risponde ma va bene anche così il che io mi affido dato che sono da un'estetista anche se non ero convinta del fatto che stesse usando la vecchia maniera! Ma
penso che se volevo alla vecchia maniera potevo farla anche da sola e sicuramente facevo meno danni dato che il risultato è stato infiammarmi le unghie perché limava troppo. Se sono venuta dall'estetista era perché volevo che fosse usata la fresa .Lunedì mi presento e trovo la ragazza gli spiego la situazione vede quanto sono infiammate le mie unghie e mi conferma che sono infiammate.... il che mi dice ti regalo un rinforzante dopo cinque minuti cambia idea e mi dice viene 18.00€ ti faccio 8.00€ poi arriva la titolare e mi conferma che sono infiammate e mi dice ma il semipermante non è stato fatto da noi non sappiamo che prodotti avevano utilizzato... ma ci rendiamo conto che non mi ha nemmeno chiesto scusa nemmeno aveva trovato il modo di dirmi cosa dovevo fare per sfiammare...se ne lavata le mani dicendomi non hai fatto il semipermante da noi .... Credo che per levare un semipermante non ci voglia chissà cosa basta saper usare più testa poi sbagliare è umano ma sapersi comportare bene non è da tutti ! Pessima pessima pessima una vergogna e per finire mi volevano vendere il rafforzante dopo tutta la situazione

I think that if I wanted the old way I could also do it alone and I certainly did less damage since the result was burning my nails because it filed too much. If I came to the beautician it was because I wanted the cutter to be used.Monday I introduce myself and find the girl I explain the situation to him he sees how inflamed my nails are and he confirms that they are inflamed .... which tells me I will give you a reinforcing after five minutes he changes his mind and tells me he comes 18.00 € I'll make you 8.00 € then the owner arrives and confirms that they are inflamed and tells me but the semipermant was not made by us we do not know what products they had used ... but we return I realize that he didn't even apologize to me, he didn't even find a way to tell me what I had to do to burn out ... he washed his hands telling me you didn't do the semipermant with us .... I think that to remove a semipermant it doesn't take who knows what is enough to know how to use more head then making mistakes is human but knowing how to behave well is not for everyone! Bad bad bad a shame and finally they wanted to sell me the strengthening after the whole situation
