★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having initially met Sara and Sandra via Skype, they were so helpful and patient we asked them to help us plan our wedding in Tuscany. We flew out to Tuscany in October to meet them and look for wedding venues. From the moment we landed all the way through to the wedding day everything was meticulously well planned and organised. They really understood what kind of wedding we wanted and helped to find the right people. Given we were having an interfaith marriage in a completely different country, this was no easy feat.
Throughout the entire period from meeting them until the wedding day, their communication and advice was excellent (despite all the annoying questions we asked!). In the days leading up to the wedding, they were always on hand to help and deal with any ad-hoc requests despite it being in the middle of the busiest times of year.
The wedding day itself was absolutely incredible. Both Sara and Sandra were there on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly. We really did end up having the wedding we wanted and it is all thanks to them! We will be forever thankful to both of them!
If you are looking for a wedding planner to help with a destination wedding I would wholeheartedly recommend Il bianco e il Rosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls at BiancoRosa were an absolute dream to work with! From the very beginning, Sandra was incredibly responsive and helpful in responding to all of my many emails, even go so far as to provide suggestions for vendors that I ended up working with for my wedding day!
They made us feel so comfortable and were great at coordinating the guests as well as our wedding vendors to make sure we got the best possible. I would recommend BiancoRosa to everyone!

Not only were Sandra and Sara incredibly knowledgable about the area, highly communicative and accessible, and compassionate, delightful people, they also went above and beyond in every way, shape and form for us! They lifted a huge weight off my shoulders, being my eyes in Italy while planning a destination wedding from New York. All of their suggestions were spot-on, and they really paid close attention to detail and left no stone unturned! I couldn't possibly recommend Sandra and Sara enough for your next event in Lucca; I know we will be using them again when we return to this idyllic city in Tuscany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn’t recommend Sandra and Sara more! From beginning to end, we had a lovely rapport with them, and ended up having the most special wedding we could have asked for.
More precisely, we particularly appreciated how helpful and solution oriented they were, even during all the Covid complications. Moreover they had great recommendations for the food, band, photographers, all picked with great taste. So for us it was a real time and money saver. And finally they are both genuinely nice and caring persons, so it always great to plan such an event with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met Sandra and Sara in May 2018 when we flew out to Lucca from Edinburgh just to get a feel for whether an abroad wedding was the right choice for us. After one meeting with them as well as a few days in Lucca we knew that they were the perfect choice to help plan our wedding. Their concept and individual plan for everyone they work with is perfect. They took into account everything we asked for and they presented proposals to us that fitted exactly what we asked for. They were always happy to answer our questions and were always understanding and patient when wedding stress took over due to getting married in the middle of the pandemic. They have an amazing list of contacts and venders who they work closely with which gave us every trust that our venders were reliable and their work was to an extremely high standard! Our whole wedding weekend was perfect from start to finish and that was down to the impeccable planning from Sandra and Sara. The whole day was completely stress free as we knew they were there to make sure things ran smoothly. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and efforts. Whenever we make it back to Lucca in the future we will always try to meet up with them if possible as we are so grateful for their time and knowledge. They are both really lovely and special people. We still follow their work and will continue to take an interest in what they are both up to personally and professionally. Thank you both, the work you do is outstanding.
