Ho usufruito di pedicure (ottima), manicure (servizio ottimo ma lo smalto semi permanente che mi è stato applicato si è scurito e macchiato già dal giorno dopo). La cosa grave è stata la ceretta alle sopracciglia, in quanto mi è stato completamente asportato parte del sopracciglio destro e nn mi è stato detto nulla dalle estetiste (in quanto la postazione era priva di specchio). Me lo hanno fatto notare tutti al rientro a casa. Completa mancanza di professionalità da parte di chi l'ha eseguito. Lascio 3 stelle per i restanti servizi che comunque ho apprezzato. Non credo tornerò purtroppo.
Beauty center where I have been many times over the years, always positive experiences, except the last time. I took advantage of pedicure (excellent), manicure (excellent service but the semi-permanent nail polish that was applied to me has darkened and stained already the next day). The serious thing was the waxing of the eyebrows, as part of my right eyebrow was completely removed and I was not told anything by the beauticians (as the workstation was without a mirror). Everyone pointed this out to me when I got home. Complete lack of professionalism on the part of those who performed it. I leave 3 stars for the remaining services which I still appreciated. I don't think I'll be back unfortunately.
