Ho acquistato un coupon su Groupon, prenotando dall'app (come c'era scritto di fare), e il giorno prima del mio appuntamento vengo contattata dal centro estetico e mi viene disdetto perché "non c'era posto", come se niente fosse. Su Groupon insomma erano indicate delle disponibilità sbagliate, ma credo stia al centro controllare che il sito sia aggiornato, ed occuparsene, d'altronde nessuno li ha costretti a collaborare con Groupon! Il giorno dopo dovevo andare in vacanza e son dovuta partire senza fare la ceretta, perché era troppo tardi prenotare da un'altra parte. Almeno Groupon mi ha rimborsata, ma di certo cambierò estetista. Little professionalism, strongly discouraged because they are not very serious.
