Come si ottiene il rimborso per la mancata erogazione da un self service?
I loaded a banknote for refueling from one of the vending machines that was broken, I recovered the receipt for the refund but the office is closed and without hours, there is no telephone number to call and no one answers the intercom. How can I get a refund for non-delivery from a self service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiuso sempre anche negli orari orari di apertura, disponibile solo il self in cui non si può approfittare di agevolazioni o semplicemente accumulo punti. Dispiace per Esso in se perché come azienda prova ad incentivare molto la propria clientela a sceglierla sempre tramite iniziative di affiliazione del cliente, poi però dovrebbe supervisionare sugli esercenti.
Always closed even during opening hours, only the self-service is available where you cannot take advantage of discounts or simply accumulate points. I'm sorry for It itself because as a company it tries to encourage its customers to always choose it through customer affiliation initiatives, but then it should supervise the merchants.
