Dopo averci confermato tutti i dati riportati, in ufficio hanno fatto i vaghi e alla fine l'appartamento costava 100.000€ in più. Assurdi. Hanno insisto per mostrarci un appartamento che non c'entrava nulla con le nostre richieste. Ridicoli. We contacted the agency for an ad seen on an industry site. After confirming all the data reported, the office was vague and in the end the apartment cost € 100,000 more. Absurd. They insisted on showing us an apartment that had nothing to do with our requests. Ridiculous.

L'agente immobiliare ha seguito la trattativa di mia figlia per l'acquisto di un appartamento, con un comportamento superficiale, leggero e non professionale. É normale che un'agenzia immobiliare dia il numero di cellulare privato degli acquirenti ai venditori e acconsenta che la trattativa si porti avanti tra di loro? L'agenzia ha una sua provvigione e dovrebbe fare il suo lavoro. Ciò non è stato! Sin dall'inizio la proposta era chiara e non trattabile, hanno dilungato i tempi facendo credere, insieme alla proprietaria, che l'acquisto era andato in porto. Sono entrata ed ho chiesto che venissero tolti gli annunci non autorizzati, ma a tutt' oggi è ancora presente l'annuncio su internet. Fate attenzione a questa gente poco professionale. Poi ho contattato Essevi,nello specifico Ghezzi:ho trovato cordialità,massima disponibilità e professionalità. Sono stata sostenuta in tutti i passaggi dall'agenzia in particolare da Jenny per quanto riguarda le questioni burocratiche.Ho trovato sempre risposte tempestive e professionali. Infine Agostinelli si è mostrato molto disponibile e davvero cordiale. Dovessi cambiare case tornerei da Loro. Assolutamente consigliata I've been looking for a house for several years ... and had bad experiences with some real estate agencies. Then I contacted Essevi, specifically Ghezzi: I found cordiality, maximum availability and professionalism. I was supported in all the steps by the agency, in particular by Jenny with regard to bureaucratic matters, I always found prompt and professional answers. Finally Agostinelli was very helpful and really friendly. I had to change houses I would go back to them. Absolutely recommended
