Ho fatto notare gentilmente che solitamente le acquisto per 35 euro, cariche, e la risposta della signora che mi ha risposto è stata: “allora non so cosa dirle, si arrangi”. A questo punto mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia.
Credo che, tralasciando i prezzi stratosferici che applicate, fareste meglio a trattare meglio i vostri clienti o potenziali tali.
Invito inoltre ad un corso accelerato di buona educazione visto che dovreste avere un’attività aperta al pubblico... mah!
Today I called to buy a 5 kg LPG cylinder for the barbecue and asked for the cost: 90 euros was the answer!
I kindly pointed out that I usually buy them for 35 euros, charges, and the answer from the lady who replied was: "then I don't know what to say, get by." At this point he hung the phone on my face.
I believe that, leaving aside the stratospheric prices that you apply, you would be better off treating your customers or potential customers better.
I also invite you to an accelerated course of good education as you should have an activity open to the public ... mah!
