★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata sul punto vendita di Lido di Camaiore per cambiare un cofanetto di prodotti che mi è stato regalato ma che in realtà non uso. Chiedo alla commessa di poter fare un cambio di prodotti portando anche lo scontrino da 135€. La risposta è stata "Non posso cambiarlo perché è un prodotto che non ha una confezione sigillata, dovresti imparare ad usarlo". Ora premetto che posso anche capire che causa Covid non venga cambiato, anche se non capisco il motivo per cui viene venduto allora visto che chiunque potrebbe maneggiare la confezione in negozio. Quello che più mi ha dato fastidio è il commento della commessa e il modo di gestire la mia richiesta. Non esiste rispondere ad una cliente "impara a usarlo" Ma stiamo scherzando!
I went to the Lido di Camaiore store to change a box of products that was given to me but that I don't actually use. I ask the shop assistant to be able to make a change of products, also bringing the 135 € receipt. The answer was "I can't change it because it's a product that doesn't have a sealed package, you should learn how to use it". Now I state that I can also understand that because Covid is not changed, although I do not understand why it is being sold then since anyone could handle the package in the store. What bothered me most was the saleswoman's comment and the way she handled my request. There is no answer to a customer "learn how to use it" But we're kidding!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata nel negozio insieme ad una amica che doveva fare un cambio....incuriosita dall assortimento di prodotti ho chiesto alla commessa se aveva qualche prodotto per coprire le rughe sulle labbra e mi sono sentita rispondere che il rimedio è indossare la mascherina. Tale risposta mi ha mortificata e mi ha fatto passare la voglia di acquistare. Trovo che la commessa, una signora bionda di una certa età sia starà molto maleducata ed insolente inquanto non ho mai avuto il piacere di bere neppure un caffè percui non è autorizzata a prendersi certe confidenza. Credo che non metterò mai più piede jn quel negozi
I entered the shop with a friend who had to make a change .... intrigued by the assortment of products, I asked the saleswoman if she had any products to cover the wrinkles on her lips and I was told that the remedy is to wear a mask. This response has mortified me and made me lose the desire to buy. I find that the saleswoman, a blonde lady of a certain age, will be very rude and insolent as I have never had the pleasure of drinking even a coffee so she is not authorized to take certain confidence. I don't think I'll ever set foot in that store again
