★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato: nonostante avessimo salutato uscendo, l'impiegata non ha sentito ed è corsa fuori gridando che bisogna salutare. Evidentemente oltre che maleducata è anche non udente. Peccato i prodotti sembrano interessanti. Nei negozi dell'erbolario invece il personale è gentile e disponibile.
Rude staff: despite saying goodbye on leaving, the employee did not hear and ran outside shouting that we must say goodbye. Obviously, besides being rude, she is also deaf. Too bad the products look interesting. In the Erbolario shops, the staff are polite and helpful.

La mia bambina è entrata nel negozio avvicinandosi ai profumi perché non avevamo letto che non potevano entrare più di due persone.Lei si è voltata di scatto e l'ha cacciata in malo modo, per poi riprendersi goffamente quando ha visto me.
Sarebbe bastato chiederci di aspettare fuori!
Rude saleswoman and absolutely devoid of emotional intelligence. My little girl walked into the shop approaching the perfumes because we hadn't read that no more than two people could go in. She turned abruptly and kicked her away, only to awkwardly recover when she saw me.
It would have been enough to ask us to wait outside!
