★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarà la serata particolare (14 febbario San Ventino),ma sono molto deluso dalla breve esperienza vissuta in questo locale. Siamo arrivati alle ore 21.00 ed alle ore 11.00 avevamo assaggiato solo l'antipasto o una parte di esso, tra l'altro anche molto buono.Le motivazioni di tanto ritardo ci sono state date confuse e con fare abbastanza cafonesco e arrogante da parte del cameriere/ sommelier dedicato al nostro tavolo. Se non fosse per l'eleganza ed il sovoir-faire di mia moglie probabilmente sarebbe prevalsa la mia estrazione popolare e saremmo andati via senza pagare. Chiaramente siamo andati immediatamente via, dopo aver pagato quel poco consumato.
Locale assolutamente bocciato non in grado di gestire più di 3 tavoli.
 It will be the particular evening (February 14 San Ventino), but I am very disappointed by the short experience lived in this place. We arrived at 21.00 and at 11.00 we had tasted only the appetizer or a part of it, among other things also very good.The reasons for the delay were given to us confused and with a rather boorish and arrogant attitude by the waiter / sommelier dedicated to our table. If it weren't for my wife's elegance and sovoir-faire, my popular background would probably have prevailed and we would have left without paying. Clearly we left immediately, after paying for what little consumed.
Absolutely rejected place not able to manage more than 3 tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati accolti dal responsabile di sala/cantina (nonché sommelier)… persona giovane, preparata, gentilissima! Ho iniziato con un battuto di podolica che mi ha letteralmente spiazzato, per gusto… presentazione… sapore… colori!
Ho proseguito con una frittura consigliata dal nostro bravo “cicerone”, che ha consigliato (e spiegato) anche i vini da abbinare al pasto e al dolce.
Eccezionale, a proposito, l’esperienza sablè! Da segnalare anche l’assaggio del loro profumatissimo olio con pani alle noci o ai frutti rossi. Buonissimo!
Servizio di altissima classe, materie prime di elevata qualità… sorrisi e cortesia.
Complimenti alla Chef, che innova e crea rispettando le materie prime! Mi avete regalato una piacevolissima esperienza.
We were greeted by the room / cellar manager (as well as sommelier) ... young, well-prepared, very kind person! I started with a podolica beat that literally blew me away, for taste… presentation… flavor… colors!
I continued with a frying recommended by our good “cicerone”, who also recommended (and explained) the wines to be paired with the meal and dessert.
By the way, the sablè experience is exceptional! Also noteworthy is the tasting of their fragrant oil with walnut or red fruit breads. Very good!
Top class service, high quality raw materials ... smiles and courtesy.
Congratulations to the Chef, who innovates and creates while respecting the raw materials! You have given me a very pleasant experience.

Ho avuto modo assaggiare più pietanze, dalla crudo di pesce al Tonno scottato.
Dire che la qualità è alta, è riduttivo.
Grande professionalità nel servizio e nel consigliarci i migliori abbinamenti col Vino.
Enza è fenomenale tra i fornelli ed anche molto gentile nel venire a trovarci al tavolo.

Il personale gentile e professionale,il cibo ....."PERFETTO IN OGNI SUA PARTE ,BELLO DA VEDERE,OTTIMO DA GUSTARE, COTTURA PERFETTA" Cosa dire.....di fermarsi e lasciarsi cullare dallo chef, che non ha mancato di salutarci venendo al nostro tavolo.....bravi bravi bravi....uno staff che può competere nei migliori programmi di cucina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo ristorante con piatti che uniscono tradizione e sperimentazione. Abbiamo provato i crudi, il risotto zucca con scampi marinati e le mezze maniche cacio, pepe e gamberi rossi. I camerieri ci hanno anche consigliato un dolce alla ricotta con pane di Matera e un aglianico bianco entrambi buonissimi.
Excellent restaurant with dishes that combine tradition and experimentation. We tried the raw fish, the pumpkin risotto with marinated scampi and the half sleeves with cheese, pepper and red prawns. The waiters also recommended a ricotta dessert with Matera bread and a white Aglianico, both very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have reserved table by phone, but when we came-they initially declined to give us good table outside and proposed inside... The service is mess: 1 waiter and 2 bus boys are serving max 6 tables. Sushi and sashimi were average but costly. In the end they have included in the bill item which has not been ordered.
