★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un piccolo viaggio "nell'essenza" del gusto. Accolto con un piacevole entré, ho proseguito avvolto dai profumi di aglio e olio che facevano da base ad un buonissimo spaghettone con seppioline e calamaretti [voto 10], lo chef è poi riuscito a rapire il mio palato con una delicatissima spigola accompagnata da crema di bufala e verdurine [voto 10].
Il mio percorso è poi proseguito con una strepitosa millefoglie alla crema pasticcera e alla crema di nocciole [voto 10] ... ed in fine un ottimo caffè con alcuni dolcetti della loro piccola pasticceria [voto 10].
Massima attenzione e cura ad ogni minimo dettaglio, dall'impiattamento, all'alta qualità e ricercatezza delle materie prime ... ottimo il vino Pecorino fermo ed ottima la locations fronte mare.
Solo due piccole osservazioni, che possono però, rendere ancora più piacevole l'essenza del gusto tra i vostri sapori.
~ "L'abito non fa il monaco" ... non affidatevi alle vostre analisi affrettate, nel momento in cui accogliete un ospite, perché non è piacevole sentirsi giudicati.
~ Sicuramente non è facile lavorare con la mascherina, ma nemmeno lo è da cliente, riuscire a capire parole e spiegazioni fatte velocemente e con accenti abruzzesi. La buona tavola crea grandi piaceri, ed i vostri piatti meritano il giusto tempo ed attenzione per essere raccontati e spiegati, la fretta non aiuta.
Personale cordiale.
È una speciale ESSENZA che merita sicuramente di essere conosciuta e assaporata.
 A small journey into the "essence" of taste. Welcomed with a pleasant entré, I continued wrapped in the scents of garlic and oil that were the basis for a delicious spaghetti with cuttlefish and squid [vote 10], the chef then managed to kidnap my palate with a very delicate sea bass accompanied by cream of buffalo and vegetables [grade 10].
My journey then continued with an amazing millefeuille with custard and hazelnut cream [grade 10] ... and finally an excellent coffee with some sweets from their small pastry shop [grade 10].
Maximum attention and attention to every detail, from the dish, to the high quality and refinement of raw materials ... excellent still Pecorino wine and excellent seafront locations.
Only two small observations, which can, however, make the essence of taste among your flavors even more pleasant.
~ "The dress does not make the monk" ... do not rely on your hasty analyzes when you welcome a guest, because it is not pleasant to feel judged.
~ It is certainly not easy to work with the mask, but neither is it as a customer, to be able to understand words and explanations made quickly and with Abruzzo accents. Good food creates great pleasures, and your dishes deserve the right time and attention to be told and explained, haste doesn't help.
Friendly staff.
It is a special ESSENCE that certainly deserves to be known and savored.

The owner translated the menu for us. We ordered the taster antipasti and the textures, flavors and combinations were wonderful!
The main courses were assorted grilled fish and the swordfish was extraordinarily delicious. The other fish were also great! My husband had tuna 'burger' and it was cooked to perfection.
Desert- assorted wonders ?
This is a top class restaurant that ticks all the boxes for food, service, atmosphere and location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant deserves a Michelin Star. Every single dish brought out was divine, excellent presentation, incredible flavors, fresh ingredients, you could taste the quality in every dish.
The staff were exceptional, with attention to detail and super helpful with the menu. The decor of the interior is elegant and classy along with lovely sea views.
And all this for not a lot of $. It was a total win for me, finding this place and I would absolutely return. Highly recommended!
