All'ingresso un signore anziano, che con molta probabilità mastica poco di informatica moderna. Dopo 10 minuti a spiegare cosa effettivamente volevo venisse fatto sul computer, arriva il tecnico che finalmente prende il pc per eseguire il lavoro. Ci accordiamo sul prezzo e lo lascio nelle loro mani. Vado a riprenderlo in anticipo rispetto agli accordi, e me lo ritrovo con 2 dei tre dischi fissi ancora pieni di file che avevo chiesto di esser tolti, senza un antivirus, dei driver aggiornati nemmeno la puzza e con le ventole piene di polvere. Per la modica cifra di 50 euro più iva (61) mi aspettavo un lavoro eseguito in maniera professionale, e non così superficiale. Dò 2 stelle perchè 1 mi sembra poca.
I bring the pc for a simple formatting.
At the entrance an elderly man, who very likely chews little of modern computer science. After 10 minutes explaining what I actually wanted to be done on the computer, the technician arrives and finally takes the PC to do the job. We agree on the price and leave it in their hands. I go to take it back in advance of the agreements, and I find myself with 2 of the three hard drives still full of files that I had asked to be removed, without an antivirus, updated drivers not even the stink and with the fans full of dust. For the modest sum of 50 euros plus VAT (61) I expected a job done professionally, and not so superficial. I give 2 stars because 1 seems low to me.
