Attrezzature numerose e nuove, spogliatoi ampi e ben attrezzati. Istruttori professionali, attenti e disponibili. Receptionists sempre cordiali e accoglienti (anche con un buon caffè espresso al bar interno). Un ringraziamento al proprietario, Stefano, che oltre ad essere uno sportivo professionista serio, capace e scrupoloso, ha creato un ambiente piacevole dove allenarsi, sicuri di essere ascoltati e seguiti al meglio. Large bright rooms (with a beautiful view of Rome), well-kept, clean and constantly sanitized. Numerous and new equipment, large and well-equipped changing rooms. Professional, attentive and helpful instructors. Receptionists always friendly and welcoming (even with a good espresso at the internal bar). Thanks to the owner, Stefano, who in addition to being a serious, capable and scrupulous professional sportsman, has created a pleasant environment in which to train, sure to be listened to and followed in the best possible way.

Ambiente pulito, attrezzatissimo, seguito da professionisti top e non ultimo, il parcheggio al coperto,gratuito. Stefano, il proprietario, mette in campo tutta la sua competenza con passione e dedizione nel seguire i suoi allievi sia in sala e soprattutto nelle individuali con professionalità di livello.Le sue lezioni sono sempre diverse ma soprattutto di qualità elevata . Grazie davvero per il buon lavoro svolto fin qua ... intanto . My experience is positive across the board! Le docce funzionano benissimo acqua caldissima e spogliatoio accogliente come tutto del resto. Soddisfattissima Always friendly. Very clean gym with all safety rules for the covid. Showers work great hot water and a cozy changing room like everything else. Very satisfied

In autunno, a causa delle chiusure, ci ha regalato delle lezioni all'aperto e da quando ha riaperto, tutti hanno ripreso ad allenarsi con i vecchi abbonamenti in sospeso. Stefano il top!!! The staff there were very kind in showing me things; suggesting courses, teaching me how to use the machines: that was really kind especially as I didnt speak much italian! Both the trainers and the people at the front desk are friendly and make you feel welcome! the subscribers are also all very nice and polite. The equipment is great; hygiene is fine, and the best thing for me was that it was often empty on weekends!! I miss this gym a lot since I moved away, I loved going there.
