★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda che della serietà non ha la minima idea. Non hanno il minimo senso del trattare il cliente. Non rispondono al telefono, non danno informazioni.
Ordinato 3 divani e 1 letto. Tempi di attesa 15 gg lavorativi. Dopo 40gg le consegne andavano spostate di settimana in settimana fino ad arrivare al punto che abbiamo capito che i divani non sono mai stati messi in produzione.
Spero di trovare al più presto altri rivenditori che facciano del proprio lavoro anche un sintomo di serietà e professionalità e non come questa gente che probabilmente di grasso al cuore ne hanno anche troppo.
Di una cosa sono assolutamente certo comunque, da voi non acquisterò nemmeno più un centesimo.
Company that has no idea of seriousness. They have no sense of treating the customer. They don't answer the phone, they don't give information.
Ordered 3 sofas and 1 bed. Waiting time 15 working days. After 40 days, deliveries had to be moved week by week until we got to the point that we understood that the sofas were never put into production.
I hope to find soon other dealers who do their job also a symptom of seriousness and professionalism and not like these people who probably have too much heart fat.
Of one thing I am absolutely certain, however, I will not even buy a penny from you.
