★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità del marchio Esprit vale 5 stelle così come la cordialità e la disponibilità del personale, anche se all'apparenza quando si entra in negozio ci si sente 'osservati' e 'seguiti' ma è un loro modo di approcciare col cliente.
Io lo sono da 10 anni ed entro sempre molto volentieri. Un grazie ad Enzo, Luana ed a tutte le vostre dipendenti.

The quality of the Esprit brand is worth 5 stars as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, even if apparently when you enter the store you feel 'observed' and 'followed' but it is their way of approaching the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in questo negozio attratta dal marchio, che già conoscevo. A primo impatto é stato un po' spiacevole entrare e sentirsi osservata da tutte le commesse. Una, quella che mi ha servita, é stata molto gentile, disponibile, e soprattutto discreta, cosa che le altre non hanno fatto, visto che si sentiva e vedeva che stavano tutte insieme a blaterare.
Ho trovato l'abito di mio gradimento e mi è stato detto che avrei potuto approfittare della brava sarta che è a disposizione del negozio (che modifica i capi senza neanche vederli indossati), senza però precisarmi che sarebbe stata una spesa extra. Ho pagato il vestito (NON IN SALDO) mi è stato detto di ritirarlo dopo tre giorni. Arrivo a ritirarlo, solito ingresso accompagnato da occhi puntati addosso, e scopro alla cassa che avrei dovuto pagare per il servizio di sartoria. Preciso che non ne ero al corrente, ma mi sento rispondere che le ragazze lo dicono e che è anche scritto (in cassa), e poi ribadisce che forse alla ragazza deve esser sfuggito il precisarlo. Pago e vado via, ma senza l'idea di ritornare in futuro. Almeno credo.
Comunque, alcuni abiti misurati erano un po' rovinati, pieni di fili tirati.
Ad ogni modo, il cliente sicuramente non ha sempre ragione, ma sono certa che ad ogni cliente piacerebbe entrare e sentirsi accolto più che osservato/giudicato.
A due stelle si arriva solo grazie alla commessa che mi ha servita che, ammesso si sia dimenticata di precisarmi dei costi di sartoria, é stata così gentile da non meritare un mio giudizio negativo.

I found the dress to my liking and was told that I could take advantage of the good seamstress who is available to the shop (which modifies the garments without even seeing them worn), without however telling me that it would have been an extra expense. I paid for the dress (NOT IN BALANCE) I was told to withdraw it after three days. I get to pick it up, usually with eyes on him, and I find out that I should have paid for the tailoring service at the cash desk. I specify that I was not aware of it, but I feel myself replying that the girls say it and that it is also written (in cash), and then reiterates that perhaps the girl must have escaped specifying it. I pay and leave, but without the idea of returning in the future. At least I think so.
However, some measured dresses were a bit worn, full of tight threads.
However, the customer is certainly not always right, but I am sure that every customer would like to enter and feel welcomed rather than observed / judged.
Two stars can only be reached thanks to the job order that served me, which, assuming she forgot to specify me the costs of tailoring, was kind enough not to deserve my negative opinion.
