★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata mandata da mio figlio, cercavo un frigorifero ed un ferro da stiro...mi sono trovata benissimo, tanta cortesia, professionalità, la persona che mi ha servito veramente molto competente! Se non trovi in negozio il modello che cerchi, ti mostrano tramite un bel schermo, quello che desideri, via internet, con tanto di spiegazione molto accurata! Sicuramente se avrò bisogno ritorneró. Ve lo consiglio!
I was sent by my son, I was looking for a fridge and an iron ... I had a great time, so much courtesy, professionalism, the person who served me very competent! If you do not find the model you are looking for in the store, they will show you through a nice screen, what you want, via the internet, with a very accurate explanation! Surely if I need I will come back. I recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali. Portato a riparare una macchina del caffè ad inizio marzo, ad oggi non l'hanno ancora riparata. Per 5 volte mi hanno detto che richiamavano ma non l'hanno mai fatto. Non c'è serietà.
Unprofessional. Brought to repair a coffee machine in early March, they haven't repaired it yet. Five times they told me they would call back but they never did. There is no seriousness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili. Hanno risolto il problema che avevo sull'asciugatrice nuova. Mi hanno portato l'accessorio di ricambio a casa, in garanzia e anche con un sorriso..... che non è scontato. Molto cordiali anche al telefono.
Very kind. They solved the problem I had on the new dryer. They brought me the replacement accessory at home, under warranty and even with a smile ..... which is not obvious. Very friendly on the phone too.

Nel mio caso mi chiesero per il montaggio di una lavasciuga 45 euro invece di 35 sostenendo che pesava di più. NON È VERO: le lavasciuga non pesano di più delle lavatrici

In my case they asked me for the assembly of a washer dryer 45 euros instead of 35, claiming that it weighed more. IT'S NOT TRUE: washer dryers weigh no more than washing machines

Fosse l'unico negozio a Trieste, non comprerò mai nulla da loro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema col mio forno candy con un presunto problema di scheda madre. Chiamo il negozio per sapere se avevano il pezzo e con l'intento di acquistare la scheda madre nuova. Risponde al telefono il signor Peter, tra l'altro con tono garbato e gentile (rarità di questi tempi) il quale con molta pazienza mi guida al telefono con il settaggio della scheda. Magicamente in 20 secondi il forno torna a funzionare. Un grandissimo grazie ALL'ONESTISSIMO Peter il quale si è conquistato sicuramente un nuovo cliente e molti altri su mio suggerimento. La professionalità è la fiducia passa sopratutto da questi singoli gesti. Grazie grazie.
I had a problem with my candy oven with an alleged motherboard problem. I call the shop to find out if they had the part and with the intention of buying the new motherboard. Mr. Peter answers the phone, among other things with a polite and kind tone (rarity these days) who very patiently guides me to the phone with the setting of the card. Magically in 20 seconds the oven starts working again. A big thank you TO HONESTLY Peter who has certainly won a new customer and many others at my suggestion.
