Sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita e ben impressionata poiché, pur trattandosi di una piccola agenzia, sono stata assistita con un elevatissimo livello di competenza e professionalitá e con estrema correttezza, elementi sempre importanti ma che, nella situazione pandemica e di confusione dello scorso anno, sono state ancora più preziose. La mediazione è stata impeccabile. Nello stesso periodo avevo venduto la mia casa con Tempocasa con la quale non ho assolutamente trovato queste qualità. Ringrazio il signor Amid Raji e raccomando la sua agenzia a chi sta cercando casa e a quanti devono affidare la vendita del proprio immobile.
Last year I bought an apartment whose sale was handled by Mr. Amid Raji's Espace Immobiliare. I was pleasantly surprised and well impressed because, despite being a small agency, I was assisted with a very high level of competence and professionalism and with extreme correctness, elements that are always important but which, in the pandemic and confusion situation of last year, were even more precious. The mediation was flawless. In the same period I had sold my house with Tempocasa with which I have absolutely not found these qualities. I thank Mr. Amid Raji and I recommend his agency to those who are looking for a home and to those who have to entrust the sale of their property.

Si è subito dimostrato molto competente e collaborativo, aiutatandomi molto soprattutto nella fornitura di documentazione per la richiesta di mutuo. È sempre stato molto disponibile ed ha sempre risposto in maniera tempestiva alle mie richieste. Amid tratta i propri clienti con giusto rispetto ed attenzione, non come "uno tra tanti" come spesso accade nelle grandi agenzie immobiliari. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è senza dubbio conveniente per le ragioni sopra elencate!
I bought a house with Amid over a year ago and I couldn't have made a better choice. He immediately proved to be very competent and collaborative, helping me a lot especially in the provision of documentation for the loan application. He has always been very helpful and always responded to my requests in a timely manner. Amid treats its customers with fair respect and attention, not as "one among many" as often happens in large real estate agencies. The value for money is undoubtedly affordable for the reasons listed above!
