★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dare una valutazione completamente negativa, ci siamo fidati di una azienda che nonostante abbia avuto tanti mesi a disposizione, non è riuscita a fare e finire il lavoro. A tutt'oggi siamo senza riscaldamento, anche se dopo il contratto, dei tecnici erano venuti a controllare i lavori da fare e sapessero esattamente come fosse la casa e la situazione generale. Le persone con cui si ha a che fare, sono cordiali e simpatiche, purtroppo non sempre le squadre addette ai lavori sono all'altezza della situazione. Ci è stato scritto che avrebbero provveduto a sistemare e a farci sapere qualcosa ma per adesso tutto tace. Per me non può che esserci una recensione negativa e che sia da esempio per altri, quindi attenzione, non è tutto oro quello che luccica.
Unfortunately I have to give a completely negative evaluation, we trusted a company that despite having had many months available, was unable to do and finish the job. To date we are without heating, even if after the contract, technicians had come to check the work to be done and knew exactly what the house was like and the general situation. The people you have to deal with are friendly and nice, unfortunately the teams involved are not always up to the task. We were told that they would have arranged to fix and let us know something but for now everything is silent. For me there can only be a negative review and an example for others, so beware, not all that glitters is gold.
