Abbiamo trovato cordialità e simpatia da parte di tutti. Un'esperienza che raccomando se andate in vacanza a Tropea. Comerci Navigazione gave us a wonderful experience in the mini cruise from Tropea to the Aeolian Islands, all very organized. We found friendliness and sympathy from everyone. An experience that I recommend if you go on holiday to Tropea.
T	Timmy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VORSICHT! Touristenfalle! Man bekommt nicht was einem versprochen wird, haben uns sogar an die Polizei gewandt. Haben uns am Hafen über Touren erkundet, dort hat man uns an diesen deutschsprachigen Reisevermittler verwiesen. Es wurde uns für den nächsten Tag eine Tour mit drei Inseln verkauft. Auf dem Boot kurz vor der dritten Insel hieß es mit einmal es geht zurück. Wir und mehrere andere Reisende waren davon sehr überrascht, eine andere Reisegruppe wusste offenbar Bescheid dass die dritte Insel wegen Vulkanaktivitäten seit zwei Wochen nicht angefahren werden kann. Dadurch war die Reise auch mehr als eine Stunde kürzer. Dies wurde uns entweder durch Unkenntnis oder böse Absicht von diesem Reisebüro am Vortag verschwiegen. Als wir uns dort beschwerten ist es sehr, sehr unschön verlaufen. Wir wüssten nicht dass es halt so in Italien läuft. Daneben wurde uns gesagt, im Kleingedruckten auf der Rückseite des Vouchers der am Vortag verkauft wurde stand wohl ganz klein, dass bei 2/3 der Reise nichts erstattet wird. Wir hätten uns auch an die Reiseleiterin an Bord wenden sollen, was das gebracht hätte nachdem das Boot auf dem Rückweg war ist uns allen bis heute ein Rätsel. Auf dieses kundenunfreundliche Verhalten, was einer Abzocke gleicht wenn eine Tour die am Vortag verkauft wurde mit einmal ein drittel kürzer ist, was ohne Probleme bekannt sein könnte, hat der Herr im Reisebüro das Büro verlassen und gesagt wir sollen doch zur Polizei gehen, was wir dann auch gemacht haben. Wir können schwer davon abraten dort zu buchen! CAUTION! Tourist trap! You don't get what is promised, we even turned to the police. We explored us on tours at the port, where we were referred to this German-speaking travel agent. We were sold a tour with three islands for the next day. On the boat shortly before the third island, it was suddenly said to go back. We and several other travelers were very surprised by this, another tour group apparently knew that the third island has not been accessible for two weeks due to volcanic activity. This also made the trip more than an hour shorter. This was withheld from us by this travel agency the day before, either through ignorance or malicious intent. When we complained there it was very, very unpleasant. We don't know that this is how it works in Italy. In addition, we were told that in the small print on the back of the voucher that was sold the day before, it was probably very small that nothing would be reimbursed for 2/3 of the trip. We should also have asked the tour guide on board, what would have brought that after the boat was on its way back is a mystery to all of us to this day. C	Christian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Tour zum Stromboli. Man sollte aber schon so einigermaßen Seefest sein. Informiert wird in englischer und deutscher Sprache. Auf dem Oberdeck kann es schon ziemlich frisch werden. Die Preise an der Snackbar auf dem Schiff sind fair. Am Heck des Schiffes darf geraucht werden. Nice tour to Stromboli. But you should already have a fair amount of seaworthiness. Information is provided in English and German. It can get pretty fresh on the upper deck. The prices at the snack bar on the ship are fair. Smoking is permitted at the stern of the ship.
P	Paola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo approfittato del tempo a disposizione scegliendo di fare l'escursione per tutta la giornata dalle 1030 del mattino, alle 2230 di sera, tappa Panarea e Stromboli. Ci vogliono circa due ore di arrivo siamo partiti alle 1100, il traghetto nonostante fossimo oltre metà settembre è pieno, non c'è il distanziamento ma ormai è abolito anche in altri mezzi di trasporto come sul treno e nella metro , non è d'obbligo la mascherina se non in porto, ma l'avevamo tutti e l'abbiamo tenuta tutti fino a Panarea. Arrivati alle 1300 circa c'è poco tempo per fermarsi la partenza è alle 1510. Ci fiondiamo alla prima spiaggia la voglia di fare il bagno è moltissima, c'è parecchio caldo, ma la prima più vicina è a 25 minuti a piedi. Camminiamo, ci siamo abituati, ma il sole a metà strada picchia, non esistono bar, chioschi o altro durante il percorso. Consiglio di premunirsi di acqua e scarpe comode ma soprattutto scarpette da scoglio. Non c'è sabbia, solo scogli, ma vi assicuro che si è talmente accaldati che superate i 10 metri di scogliera quasi volando per tuffarvi in acqua. Tempo di ammollo 20 minuti e ci si asciuga al ritorno, scordatevi doccetta per togliere il sale dalla pelle, non esistono strutture di lettini e ombrelloni, figuriamoci il resto. Panarea è molto carina, pittoresca, ma priva di servizi sul mare, è adatta per chi ha una barca e può girare tranquillamente intorno, sconsigliato a chi non ama gli scogli. Ripartiamo appiccicosi ma soddisfatti di aver messo piede in mare tra i pochissimi che sono riusciti a farlo, la maggior parte ci ha rinunciato per la strada e il caldo, non oso immaginare di agosto. dopo mezz'ora circa arriviamo a Stromboli. Anche qui casette sul mare bianche e azzurre, giardini e piante curate ma spiaggia inquietante. Isola vulcanica, quindi sabbia nera con pietra lavica e pomice, facciamo il bagno ma sinceramente stando a Tropea comparando il mare e la sabbia chiarissima no mi spiace , non farei mai una vacanza su quest'isola neanche se me la regalassero. Sono luoghi da visitare e basta. Nonostante sia di origine siciliana amo l'acqua trasparente e la sabbia, non mi piacciono gli scogli, il vento e non avere un minimo di comodità soprattutto in vacanza. Guardiamo se c'è un bar vicino per un aperitivo, ma niente, vicoletti con case e basta, gli unici bar sono al porto. Torniamo più salati e appiccicosi di prima la salsedine qui è micidiale , vediamo un'ape allestito con birra artigianale, prosecco e spritz, idea geniale ci fermiamo qui per poi prendere due arancini meravigliosi nel ristorante consigliato dallo staff. Ogni tanto si sente brontolare lo stromboli che fuma ininterrottamente, motivo in più per rimanere sulla mia idea di tornare nella mia tranquillità e attendiamo di imbarcarci. Ci fermiamo poco distanti per ammirare la poca eruzione e i pochi zampilli, d'altronde la natura fa quello che vuole, non si può volere tutto a comando, per me andava benissimo così, comunque immagini suggestive e imperdibili. Di ritorno scenario completamente diverso, tutti sbracati, collassati di sonno e stanchezza non più al piano superiore, ma sotto nei posti a sedere imbottiti improvvisati come dormitorio generale. Non sono amante dei gruppi turistici e tour, però secondo me se si ha un po' di spirito di adattamento è da provare almeno una volta. Staff gentile, ed efficiente, comandante simpatico, e instancabile cicerone, convincente e ben preparato. Volcanic island, then black sand with lava stone and pumice, we take a bath but honestly staying in Tropea comparing the sea and the very clear sand no I'm sorry, I would never take a holiday on this island even if they gave it to me. They are places to visit and that's it. Despite being of Sicilian origin, I love transparent water and sand, I don't like rocks, wind and not having a minimum of comfort especially on vacation. Let's see if there is a bar nearby for an aperitif, but nothing, alleys with houses and that's it, the only bars are at the port. Let's go back more salty and sticky than before, the saltiness here is deadly, we see a bee set up with craft beer, prosecco and spritz, a brilliant idea we stop here and then take two wonderful arancini in the restaurant recommended by the staff. Every now and then you hear the stromboli that smokes non-stop, one more reason to stay on my idea of returning to my tranquility and waiting to board. We stop not far away to admire the little eruption and the few jets, on the other hand nature does what it wants, you can't want everything on command, that was fine for me, however suggestive and unmissable images. Back completely different scenario, all slackened, collapsed from sleep and fatigue no longer upstairs, but downstairs in the improvised padded seats as a general dormitory. I am not a fan of tourist groups and tours, but in my opinion if you have a bit of spirit of adaptation it is worth trying at least once. Polite and efficient staff, nice commander, and tireless guide, convincing and well prepared.

M	M V Straten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK AT THIS COMPANY! THEIR BOAT DID NOT GO, NO STAFF IN HARBOUR TO EXPLAIN! We booked a tour to panarea and stromboli by night, we booked one day in advance. We arrived in the harbour at 9.45 today, the boat should leave at 10.30. We were looking for the comerci check-in desk but could not find it. Then staff from another company told us that there was no comerci boat leaving today. We gave comerci our phone number when booking the tickets, do why did they not inform us about this?!?! We waited to see if there were places at the other boat but unfortunately it was full :( so no boat trip today. Incredibly bad service, horrible company, do not book at comerci! We advise to book at Tripodi.
C	Coral Lelah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on this operator- the boats were way too full, FILTHY, no social distancing measures, no enforcement of masks and virtually no sanitation. The hand gel dispensers were broken and they was no sanitation in between stops and people. This would be better if they only allowed 50% capacity, enforced mask wearing, cleaned up the boat and only did ONE stop to ONE island to allow more time to explore and actually experience the place. This experience is one of the embarrassing exploitations to Italian tourism

It is common sense to arrive 10 minutes early at the boat before it leaves! The boat left RIGHT ON TIME every time. We almost didn't go because of the bad reviews. Don't let yourselves fooled by strange people. Best trip! Just one not so nice thing: all the explanations are in italian and german. I know that there are a lot of germans in Calabria but still... everybody understands english!
