Salvatore professionale e simpatico , oltre ad essere cordiale con il suo equipaggio è disponibile per qualsiasi cosa voi abbiate bisogno . Super consigliato , se passate da trapani non perdetevi questa esperienza . We went on a boat this summer with Salvatore to go around Favignana and Levanzo and we really enjoyed it. Professional and likeable Salvatore, as well as being friendly with his crew, he is available for whatever you need. Super recommended, if you pass by drills do not miss this experience.

Soste bagno numerose e lunghe Peccato per il pranzo non a bordo come da programma (paninaro sul porto, con bottiglietta d’acqua - solo naturale - senza la possibilità di scelta) Dubito che il pranzo a terra sia dovuto a normative covid visto che l’aperitivo ( di bassa qualità e senza ghiaccio) è stato servito a bordo Excursion made in August! Peccato per il pranzo, non servito a bordo, ma offerto in una bancarella al porto,squallida e per nulla caratteristica. Non abbiamo potuto scegliere il pranzo ma avevamo già pronti un panino e un bottiglia di acqua. Personalmente io non mangio pesce e ho chiesto se si poteva avere qualsiasi cosa senza Pesce. Mi hanno detto che non c'erano problemi ma mi hanno comunque preparato un panino con prosciutto cotto e tonno. Complessivamente la giornata è stata bella, ma quello che è mancato è stata a mio parere professionalità e serietà. La giornata mi è parsa un po improvvisata. Too bad for lunch, not served on board, but offered in a stall at the port, squalid and not at all characteristic. We couldn't choose lunch but we had a sandwich and a bottle of water ready. Personally I don't eat fish and I asked if you could have anything without fish. They told me there was no problem but they still made me a sandwich with cooked ham and tuna. Overall, the day was beautiful, but what was missing in my opinion was professionalism and seriousness. The day seemed a bit improvised to me.

Nota negativa: nonostante fosse indicato nel programma il pranzo a bordo, siamo stati accompagnati al porto di Favignana dove, su terra e sotto il sole, ci è stato dato un panino (senza possibilità di scelta). Non è stato un grosso problema e la giornata è stata comunque piacevole; dispiace per la poca trasparenza e per la sensazione di essere stati davvero "presi in giro". Abbiamo fatto presente questa mancanza al capitano... ma è valso a poco e le scuse sono parse davvero poco credibili! Ci siamo comunque sentirti in dovere di saldare quanto pattuito, benché il servizio offerto è stato evidentemente diverso da come concordato e pubblicizzato. We pointed out this lack to the captain ... but it was worth little and the apologies seemed really not very credible! However, we felt obliged to pay what was agreed, even though the service offered was obviously different from what was agreed and advertised.
