Dall'inizio del gioco c'è stato un intoppo con la cassaforte che non si apriva nonostante la combinazione corretta. Un altro intoppo si è presentato nella seconda metà del tempo a disposizione poiché, non essendo uscita erroneamente la quarta carta, è stato impossibile per noi giocatori risolvere l'indizio che ci avrebbe permesso una eventuale conclusione del gioco. Nonostante il disagio e gli 80€ versati, lo staff non ci ha proposto alcuno sconto per la prossima volta o la possibilità immediata di ricominciare una nuova partita nelle altre stanze vuote. La comunicazione e la collaborazione tra i prigionieri è importante per risolvere la stanza. Ci torneremo senz'altro a provare altre stanze. Michele, il gamemaster della stanza di Alcatraz un vero capolavoro, esperienza coinvolgente a livelli incredibili, ci siamo sentiti come nel film, sicuramente la maggior parte del merito è proprio il suo se non l'intero prezzo del biglietto davvero meritato. Unica pecca secondo me il poco tempo a disposizione per per 60 minuti, poteva essere giusto più o meno un tempo di 90 minuti. Una cosa molto ma molto apprezzata è stata quella di dover lasciare fuori chiusi a chiave i nostri cellulari. Posto molto caloroso, personale gentilissimo e super disponibile, sicuramente ci ritorneremo presto, consigliato per fuggire dalla solita routine e fare qualcosa di diverso e coinvolgente. Michele, the Alcatraz room gamemaster a true masterpiece, immersive experience at incredible levels, we felt like in the movie, surely most of the credit is his if not the full price of the ticket really deserved. The only flaw in my opinion is the limited time available for 60 minutes, it could have been more or less a time of 90 minutes. A very, very appreciated thing was having to leave our cell phones locked out. Very warm place, very kind and super helpful staff, we will definitely be back soon, recommended to escape from the usual routine and do something different and engaging.

Siamo dei lavoratori, ergo, l’unico orario disponibile per noi sono le ultime due fasce orarie.L’ultima stanza fatta è stata ‘il Monaco esorcista’, e abbiamo constatato un po’ di ‘svogliatezza’ da parte degli ‘attori’ essendo l’ultimo orario. Ogni volta, al momento della prenotazione, ci viene chiesto di anticipare, ma l’ultima volta, al momento della prenotazione delle 23.30, constatata libera sul sito dal colore verde, abbiamo preferito chiamare essendo clienti ‘fidelizzati’, ci è stato chiesto nuovamente di anticipare alle 22.45, ma non avendo potuto ci è stata completamente vietata la possibilità di accedere all’excape. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni una ragazza ci ha solo detto che lei fungeva da tramite e che riferiva solo ciò che le veniva detto senza darci ulteriori spiegazioni. Che dire, la voglia di lavorare non è per tutti. Ci mancavano alcune stanze per completare ‘fugacemente’ ma opteremo per altre strutture. Sin! Nota dolente: 18€ a persona è troppo per soli 60 minuti. Secondo noi dato il prezzo e il livello di difficoltà ci volevano almeno 90 minuti... We tried the room "the paper house": quite difficult. D	Doriana L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una piacevole scoperta! Abbiamo giocato le stanze "Il galeone pirata" e "I doni magici". Entrambe ben fatte e divertenti. Belli gli enigmi e i rebus, forse non sempre intuitivi, ma grazie ad Antonio (gentile e super disponibile), che ci ha mantenuto nella giusta direzione, l'esperienza è risultata coinvolgente e mai noiosa. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo! Lo consigliamo per evadere dalla solita routine e fare qualcosa di diverso dal solito. A pleasant discovery! We played the rooms "The Pirate Galleon" and "The Magic Gifts". Both well done and fun. Beautiful puzzles and rebuses, perhaps not always intuitive, but thanks to Antonio (kind and super helpful), who kept us in the right direction, the experience was engaging and never boring. I didn't feel comfortable and my experience was not good. So I am sorry if the one star insults you but everyone is entitled to an opinion and this is mine. Deal with it and try to embrace all members of the team next time. (an advice to everyone reading this, think twice before leaving a bad comment because you WILL be contacted from the owner in a not so kind nor classy way--not very professional in my opinion)
