Dispositivo ordinato e pagato il 31/12/‘20 Silenzio assoluto fino a fine Gennaio, dopodiché la promessa che sarebbe arrivato in Studio la prima settimana di Febbraio... Macchè !!! Venerdì 6 Febbraio alla mia telefonata, mi viene detto che il dispositivo è stato consegnato il 3 Febbraio, ah sí e dove ??? Ok, si sono sbagliati , mi comunicano che lo hanno consegnato ad un altro civico ( stessa via = sede legale) seppur ben specificato... Dai può succedere, manda subito qualcuno a ritirarlo dal portiere. Il portiere dell’altro civico, NON HA PROPRIO NULLA !!! Richiama l’Esadental, i quali fino a venerdì sera confermano che il pacco è stato consegnato... Ma a chi ??? Chiedo di visionare firma di chi ha ritirato il pacco, mi assicurano che il lunedì saremmo arrivati alla soluzione... Pensate che ieri abbia risolto qualcosa? Macchè, la firma non esiste e ora gli risulta che il fattorino a smarrito il dispositivo!!! E quindi, ora ??? Eh boh, stiamo cercando di risolvere il problema!!! Dice Peccato che domani dopo 45 giorni dall’ordine il dispositivo serve in Studio e seppur io li abbia invitati a spedirne un altro , con posta celere, la risposta è stata : NO - non lo hanno ! Gli ho consigliato per serietà di chiamare la casa produttrice e ordinarne uno e mandarlo, a costo di rimetterci qualcosa come azienda, e neppure questa è stata fatta !!! Chi mi ripagherà i danni subiti, per queste diverse versioni e informazioni che mi costringono a disdire tutti i pazienti di domani ??? Non ho veramente parole!!! Mai più, nemmeno per tovaglioli di carta !!! Super Pentito P.S. Appena controllato sul sito , il dispositivo è DISPONIBILE e in Offerta!!! No vabbè!!! Bad alas ...
