Nessun problema e sempre molto disponibili! Davvero un ottimo negozio in grado di spedire e ricevere strumenti. 10/10 I got an Ibanez gwb 35 at an incredible price, it arrived fast making almost half of Italy in an exceptional cardboard package. No problem and always very helpful! A really great shop that can ship and receive tools. 10/10

Dopo qualche settimana e aver suonato la chitarra due sole volte inizio a sentire un fruscio sulle corde basse. Mi rivolgo nuovamente a loro e aspetto più di un'ora per vedere una drammatica esibizione di quello che suppongo fosse il liutaio che mi intorta per bene convincendomi che fosse normale... Devo dire che il fruscio era appena percettibile e la chitarra quando l avevo consegnata era in condizioni pessime, quindi anche per non fare stupide questioni non sono voluto andare affondo più di tanto.. fatto sta che ora dopo circa un mese la chitarra è punto e a capo, le corde non suonano e il settaggio è da rifare... Tutto come prima meno 35 euro (prezzo anche molto più alto della media). Giusto per riderci su... do un numero di stelle pari alle corde che attualmente suonano senza sbattere.... Due! I turn to the instrument bench for the setup of an acoustic guitar. After a few weeks and having played the guitar only twice, I start to hear a rustle on the low strings. I turn to them again and wait over an hour to see a dramatic performance by what I suppose was the luthier who twists me right and convinces me that it was normal ... I must say that the rustling was barely perceptible and the guitar when I had delivered it was in very bad condition, so even to avoid stupid questions I did not want to go too deep .. the fact is that now after about a month the guitar is point and boss, the strings do not play and the setting has to be redone ... Everything as before minus 35 euros (price also much higher than the average). Just to laugh about it ... I give a number of stars equal to the strings that currently play without banging .... Two!

A parte qualche incomprensione sull'imballaggio non posso lamentarmi. I sold a magazine and a chest in this shop, the ratings are excellent and the staff very helpful. Apart from some misunderstandings about the packaging, I can't complain.

Mi hanno detto come dovevo spedirla e ho preparato il pacco...poco prima di spedirla volevo conferma della vendita e sono spariti senza più rispondere a messaggi. Giudicate voi If I could I wouldn't even put a star. I contacted them to sell a guitar, they made me an offer and I accepted. They told me how to send it and I prepared the package ... just before sending it I wanted to confirm the sale and they disappeared without replying to messages. Judge for yourself
