Attendevo la riparazione di un vetro da circa una settimana ed il giorno prestabilito, senza alcun preavviso, decidono di non presentarsi.
Tra l'altro il titolare, il giorno precedente, mi aveva raccomandato di raggiungerlo al suo laboratorio alle 8:30, ma ha pensato bene di non presentarsi.
Decido allora di contattarlo telefonicamente per avere ulteriori spiegazioni e difronte alle mie domande ed alle mie lamentele, utilizza un linguaggio scurrile e poco rispettoso.
Absolute lack of professionalism and lack of respect.
I had been waiting for the repair of a glass for about a week and on the fixed day, without any notice, they decide not to show up.
Among other things, the owner, the previous day, had recommended me to join him at his laboratory at 8:30, but he thought it best not to show up.
So I decide to contact him by phone for further explanations and in front of my questions and complaints, he uses bad and disrespectful language.
