Dopo una conversazione telefonica, Alessio mi ha indirizzato su un prodotto piu' adatto al mio pastore siciliano. Da quando ho iniziato a seguire i loro consigli, ho risolto tutti i nostri problemi. Non solo hanno il meglio del meglio, ma sopratutto non sono solo venditori, Alexandra ed Alessio sono appassionati, super competenti e hanno a cuore il benessere dei nostri compagni a 4 zampe. After a telephone conversation, Alessio directed me to a product more suitable for my Sicilian shepherd. Since I started following their advice, I have solved all our problems. Inesperta di cani essendo la mia prima esperienza , mi sono trovata e mi trovo benissimo in questo negozio con i proprietari Alexandra ed Alessio sempre gentili,seri, professionali. Mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni e spiegazioni di cui avevo bisogno. Supportata anche nei momenti in cui la mia barboncina si è trovata in calore e non mangiava. Appena entri nel negozio ti senti accolta e seguita. I prodotti sono ottimi , il top rispetto ad altri negozi dove vendono prodotti commerciali. Grazie sempre Renata I've been a customer for almost a year and a half for my poodle. Inexperienced with dogs being my first experience, I found myself and I have a great time in this shop with the owners Alexandra and Alessio always kind, serious, professional. They gave me all the information and explanations I needed. Also supported in times when my poodle was in heat and was not eating. As soon as you enter the shop you feel welcomed and followed. The products are excellent, the top compared to other shops where they sell commercial products. Thanks always Renata
