★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quella che dagli anni 2000 è una residenza studentesca, nasce in realtà, nel 600, come convento, a sua volta sorto attorno ad una chiesa del secolo precendente, oggi in rovina, ma visibile, anche se non accessibile, appena varcata il portale d'ingresso. Nel corso del tempo l'edificio è stato prima Conservatorio per le donne 'Repentite', e poi sede della Scuola di Arte Moderna, fino a che il terremoto del 1968 ne ha minato profondamente la stabilità, facendo sì che venisse abbandonato e ridotto a rudere. Il pezzo forte è sicuramente il cortile, forse un po' fatiscente, ma sicuramente affascinante! E proprio sotto questo chiostro si trova un rifugio antiaereo, purtroppo non visitabile.
