Personale gentilissimo e competente!! Ultra consigliato!!!! I state that I am not from Genoa ... I bring my car here because of an oil leak, they fixed it in less than 1 hour. Very kind and competent staff !! Ultra recommended !!!!

Mi sono trovato benissimo con i ragazzi della Erre Car, professionali, educati e con una passione in ciò che fanno che non ho mai riscontrato in nessun'altra officina. Ho iniziato a rompere le scatole due mesi fa a Remo per controllare fattibilità del lavoro che chiedevo e lui si è sbattuto veramente tanto cercandomi la soluzione. Mi sono recato da loro per aggiornare i fanali della mia 500X passando dagli alogeni di serie ai fari full led originali Fiat e per fare un tagliando completo alla vettura e sono stato trattato veramente con i guanti. Prima volta che entravo nella loro officina e mi sono sentito veramente come se ci andassi da anni, mi hanno spiegato per filo e per segno ciò che hanno dovuto fare per il montaggio dei fanali completi, mi hanno effettuato un tagliando completo facendomi vedere come era conciato il mio filtro abitacolo sostituito e dandomi consigli per non farlo tornare come quello sostituito, mi hanno aggiornato la centralina con l'aggiornamento rilasciato da Fiat e mi hanno accolto con il sorriso sul viso. Ho apprezzato l'educazione, la professionalità, la competenza in cio che fanno e soprattutto la passione che mettono in ciò che fanno. Consiglio a tutti di andare alla Erre Car perché non rimarranno delusi e, per quanto mi riguarda, credo che non li "mollerò" più! :) Grazie di tutto e grazie sopratutto per l’onestà dimostrata, ci vediam al prossimo tagliando e continuate così! I had a great time with the children of Erre Car, Professional, educated and with a passion for what they do that I have never found in any other shop. I started to bother two months ago Remo to check the feasibility of the work that I asked and he was beaten very much looking for me the solution. I went to them to update the headlights of my 500X going from the standard halogens to the original Fiat full led headlights and to make a complete service on the car and I was really treated with gloves. First time I entered in their workshop and I really felt like if I went there for years, they explained to me word for word what he had to do for the assembly of complete headlights, have made me a complete coupon making me see how it was tanned my cabin filter replaced and giving me advice not to return it as the one replaced, they updated the control unit with the update released by Fiat and they welcomed me with a smile on their faces. I appreciate the education, professionalism, competence in what they do and above all the passion they put into what they do.
