Venuto 2 volte per acquisto nuova Audi. Entrambe le volte la signora infastidita e con aria di sufficienza, senza alcuna risposta ben definita, senza guardare neanche in faccia, in pratica come se stava per farmi un favore nel vendermi un auto che ovviamente non acquisterò mai presso questa concessionaria oramai, perchè non mi ci recherò più per la terza volta. Diagnosi errata, con guasto non percepito e non riparato. Conseguenza, ulteriore blocco vettura in altra officina VW, per ulteriore riparazione, tra l’altro fuori domicilio. Alle telefonate in officina il personale responsabile non è mai reperibile, inoltre non è esauriente nelle risposte alle tue domande.
