Servono una quarantina di minuti per raggiungerlo, in discesa all'andata. Si parte dalla Cassia cimina (42.35354, 12.20620). Per arrivare bisogna seguire il tracciato disponibile sul sito del CAI di Viterbo. Molto rilassante passeggiare nei castagneti della Tuscia. Very nice place. Easy to reach. Ci si arriva a piedi da Poggio San Vito (percorso segnalato - 40 minuti di camminata in discesa, in alcuni punti rapida) oppure direttamente in auto partendo da Vallerano nei pressi del Santuario del Santissimo Crocifisso, lungo stradine di campagna a tratti asfaltate percorribili da auto normali. L'ultimo tratto di strada comune a tutti i percorsi è una stradina cementata in discesa che arriva a pochi metri dall'eremo.
