★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho già avuto la possibilità di visitare altro eremo......dopo una brutta scarpinata, fantastico....le donne non sono gradite!mah nel 2021?passate oltre!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo Molto suggestivo ingresso consentito ai soli uomini al giovedì alla domenica dalle 14:30 alle 16:30. L'eremo è condotto da monaci camaldolesi.
Place Very impressive entrance allowed to men only from Thursday to Sunday from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm. The hermitage is led by Camaldolese monks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo abbastanza suggestivo, anche se non sono entrato ho potuto ammirare tutto il sentiero che conduce fino all'entrata... un posto affascinante, isolato da tutto dove regna il silenzio... l'ingresso è vietato alle donne essendo un eremo di clausura...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo fuori dal tempo, e come tale va ammirato e accettato. Per molti ma non per tutti. E coloro che si stupiscono o stigmatizzano le regole e gli orari di visita, beh prima s'informino e poi se ne facciano una ragione.
Oltre tutto dal 25 dicembre 2018 non è più visitabile, vi sono i cartelli e me l'ha pure ribadito un monaco.
A place out of time, and as such it must be admired and accepted. For many but not for everyone. And those who are amazed or stigmatized by the rules and visiting hours, well, first they inform themselves and then they make a reason for it.
In addition, since December 25, 2018 is no longer open to visitors, there are signs and a monk has also confirmed it to me.

Bello il viale di accesso con la Via Crucis, molto semplice e sobrio.
Il portale d'ingresso riporta a tempo antichi dove tutto era molto semplice.
Due to Covid, the hermitage cannot be visited, but the place is still suggestive.
The access avenue with the Via Crucis is beautiful, very simple and sober.
The entrance portal brings back to ancient times where everything was very simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a detour on a long hike to see the mountain Rua. Unfortunately it is completely occupied by the Abbey so first I hit a huge closed gate and then after following a written sign alongside a huge wall I hit a closed wooden door. Turns out they only allow very short visits during Thursday and Sunday afternoons. I was very disappointed, but the view (blocked by the huge wall) must be nice. Women cannot enter at all!
