Pessime Not very courteous at the entrance and they do not give you adequate information. I don't know what kind of experience they may have but they sure don't have any dealing with people. Worst
P	Pat Scorpio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' VERGOGNOSO che non si riesca a mettersi in contatto con la segreteria di questo poliambulatorio (probabilmente perchè hanno staccato semplicemente il telefono) per poter avere l'ordinazione dei farmaci di cui faccio uso quotidianamente. Faccio presente che sono una "Compagnia assocciata" di 6 medici di base, è mai possibile che debbano avere solo una linea telefonica attiva ? Tra l'altro siamo in una situazione di COVID 19 dove TI DICONO: " non muoverti da casa se non strettamente necessario, e non intasare l'Ospedale . Ma per avere una ricetta o un'impegnativa cosa si dovrebbe fare, andare dal commercialista che sicuramente è più disponibile ? Ma qualcuno controlla queste situazioni ? f	federica scantamburlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducazione assoluta non rispondono mai al telefono e se si va la a prendere appuntamento le care signorine 60 enni ti rispondono pure male dicendo che sono in giro per questo che non rispondono! Rispondono male alla gente anziana ma non sanno che la gente va la perché sta male non loro! VERGOGNA!!! Absolute rudeness they never answer the phone and if you go there to make an appointment the dear 60 year old ladies will even answer badly saying that they are around for this reason that they do not answer! I commenti dicono tutto e condivido perfettamente _Solo un'utente su (15) e soddisfatta e mi congratulo con lei. Abbiamo un'ottima struttura, idem riguardo i medici ecc... il problema e la segreteria!!!! Siamo in una situazione particolare si sa_ ma fare decine di telefonate senza avere risposta non e ammissibile!! ho avuto conferma da una ((gentile)) addetta alla segreteria che il telefono spengono la suoneria dalle troppe telefonate ecc. ed eventualmente recarsi li per prenotare l'appuntamento con il medico se non abbiamo risposta... ma come! se ci dicono di rimanere a casa per non fare assembramenti, poi devo andare li....proprio non ci siamo!! Addirittura si risentono poi se nei social ci sono commenti negativi da come si legge!!_Io penso che tutti abbiamo lavorato o lavoriamo, La cortesia e un sorriso e gratuito, e chi lo riceve, riceve un dono_Per cui si spera chi di dovere, se legge questi commenti di provvedere a riguardo, e, non sarebbe sbagliato nel caso fare la rotazione, del personale!!. Quando si va personalmente le segretarie hanno poca pazienza. Posso capire che possano avere diverso lavoro ma p rimanere per ore e ore al telefono no.... Con le segretarie di un tempo non era così. Doctors all ok, bad secretarial service, it's not possible to be on the phone all day without having an answer ... simply shameful. When you go personally, the secretaries have little patience. I can understand that they may have different jobs but they can stay on the phone for hours and hours, no .... With the secretaries of the past it was not like that.

M	Manuel Enzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono consapevole del periodo particolarmente delicato per tutto ciò che ruota attorno al COVID e alla pandemia, ma è decisamente incomprensibile il fatto che per poter parlare con un medico si debba aspettare una settimana, dico questo anche in virtù del fatto che lo stesso problema è stato riscontrato da mio figlio, e da un vicino di casa. Talvolta, si può aver urgenza di essere visitati anche se non si ha sintomi da COVID, e c'è chi, come me, essendo artigiano, non ha a disposizione ore o giorni di permesso per poter andare dal medico, ogni situazione è chiaramente molto personale e soggettiva, ma sinceramente sono spiazzato.
