Ho fatto 7 sedute complete ma il risultato purtroppo è stato quasi nullo, come confermato anche dalla ragazza della sede che mi ha vista. La cosa che mi ha deluso di più è stata la gestione del problema da parte dell'azienda. Infatti, nonostante l'aver appurato e confermato la mancanza di risultato, non hanno cercato in nessun modo di porre soluzione al problema. Totale disinteresse, mancanza assoluta di customer care e nessuna presa di responsabilità. Unfortunately my experience was totally negative. I did 7 complete sessions but unfortunately the result was almost nil, as also confirmed by the girl from the office who saw me. The thing that disappointed me the most was the company's handling of the problem. In fact, despite having ascertained and confirmed the lack of results, they have not tried in any way to solve the problem. Total disinterest, absolute lack of customer care and no taking of responsibility.

J	Jole Bertone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo oltre 4 anni di trattamento, di cui più di 2 presso questo centro, a settembre 2021 sono stata ustionata in 4 punti molto visibili su una gamba poiché l’addetta non ha saputo riconoscere che risultavo ancora troppo abbronzata per ricevere il trattamento. Cinque mesi dopo i segni restano visibili, me li porterò dietro chissà ancora per quanto, ho a mala pena ricevuto delle scuse e nemmeno 1 euro di sconto sui due trattamento successivi che comunque ho completato. Inutile aggiungere che sconsiglio questo specifico centro e che naturalmente mi rivolgerò altrove in futuro. Poco competenti, poco professionali e poco avvezzi al concetto di customer care. After more than 4 years of treatment, including more than 2 at this center, in September 2021 I was burned in 4 highly visible places on my leg because the assistant could not recognize that I was still too tanned to receive the treatment. Five months later the signs remain visible, I will take them with me who knows for how long, I have barely received an apology and not even 1 euro discount on the next two treatments that I have completed anyway. It goes without saying that I do not recommend this specific center and that of course I will look elsewhere in the future. Not very competent, unprofessional and unfamiliar with the concept of customer care.

L’ambiente è estremamente accogliente e le ragazze che lavorano in esso sono molto preparate e affabili creando un’atmosfera serena e infinitamente piacevole. Sto ancora continuando tale percorso con grandissimi risultati. È sicuramente sempre un piacere tornarci.
