Io mi ci servo da circa 30 anni e mi sono sempre trovato bene anzi spettacolare ho comprato nei vari supermercati tipo Mercatone Mondo Cmonvenienza Ikea etc ma una volta che compri da loro è finito li .Invece da Benedetti ci sono sempre e sono disponibili per il post vendita.Un consiglio andate a farci una visitina e poi mi direte se quello che ho scritto é la verità oppure no!
Professionalism and friendliness
I have been using it for about 30 years and I have always felt good indeed spectacular I bought in various supermarkets such as Mercatone Mondo Cmonvenienza Ikea etc but once you buy from them it is finished there. A piece of advice go visit us and then you will tell me if what I wrote is the truth or not!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistata una cucina completa che ha , nel giro di pochi mesi, evidenziato dei difetti (un'anta è caduta, il piano cottura Beko ha grandi difetti, il battiscopa è anche difettoso). Richiesto un loro cortese aiuto che non è ad oggi arrivato. Pertanto il giudizio può essere solo negativo.
Purchased a complete kitchen that has, within a few months, highlighted defects (one door has fallen, the Beko hob has major defects, the skirting board is also defective). Requested their kind help that has not yet arrived. Therefore the judgment can only be negative.

Gentile signora,
trovo di cattivo gusto le sue bugie:
- non è venuta via un'anta ma un copricerniera
- lo zoccolo della cucina, che lei asserisce essersi spostato da solo,
è stato fermo circa 1 anno e poi si è mosso...
peraltro mi sono offerta di venirglielo a mettere a posto personalmente
facendo 40 KM e più e lei non ha voluto il mio intervento
- le manopoline del piano cottura beko, che lei asserisce essersi scolorite,
rientrano nei difetti estetici non coperti da garanzia della casa produttrice. Gliele ho ordinate e fatte avere a GRATIS!!
Le critiche sono sempre ben accette se costruttive...ma cosa avrei dovuto fare di più??

Dear Mrs,
I find his lies in bad taste:
- a door did not come off but a hinge cover
- the kitchen plinth, which you claim has moved by itself,
it stood still for about 1 year and then it moved ...
however, I offered to come and fix it personally
doing 40 KM and more and she didn't want my intervention
- the knobs on the beko hob, which you claim have discolored,
fall within the aesthetic defects not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. I ordered them and sent them for FREE !!
Criticism is always welcome if constructive ... but what more should I have done?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ consulenza e pre-vendita molto buoni, i prodotti venduti sono in linea con i prezzi praticati, bene anche il montaggio ma il vero problema è il post-vendita... non è che devono migliorarlo... devono crearlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La policy aziendale prevede visite solo su appuntamento (giustificate dal discorso Covid). Peccato che il cartello con tale prescrizione sia solo apposto all’ingresso dello stabile, e non qui su google. Così abbiamo fatto un bel giro a vuoto. Nessun tour è concesso, nemmeno in autonomia, almeno per capire che target di prodotti abbia. Il tempo oggigiorno è più che mai prezioso.
The company policy provides for visits by appointment only (justified by the Covid speech). Too bad that the sign with this prescription is only affixed to the entrance to the building, and not here on google. So we did a good lap. No tour is allowed, not even independently, at least to understand what target of products it has. Time today is more precious than ever.
