★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesa fu realizzata intorno alla metà dell'Ottocento sulla base di un edificio più antico. Sulla facciata in pietra con timpano triangolare s'imposta il portale d'ingresso seicentesco. È affiancata da un campanile di recente costruzione a struttura aperta.
Al suo interno, ad una sola navata coperta da volte a crociera e da una cupola all'incrocio con il transetto, si conserva un'opera di Alessandro Bardelli raffigurante l'Incoronazione della Vergine e due santi. Sopra l'entrata principale si trova un organo ottocentesco realizzato dalla Ditta Tronci di Pistoia.
The church was built around the mid-nineteenth century on the basis of an older building. The seventeenth-century entrance portal stands on the stone façade with triangular tympanum. It is flanked by a recently built bell tower with an open structure.
Inside, with a single nave covered by cross vaults and a dome at the intersection with the transept, there is a work by Alessandro Bardelli depicting the Coronation of the Virgin and two saints. Above the main entrance there is a nineteenth-century organ built by the Tronci company of Pistoia.
