Poi assaggiato anche il classico ,con salamelle e appena sufficente ,brodoso . Ho poi preso la sbrisolona .,che mi dispiace ma di sbrisolona non ha nulla . Peccato . Ogni riseria ha propri risottari che preparano. Io prediligo Corte Schioppo. Prezzo del piatto €6. Ci sono anche tante altre offerte culinarie. Nel percorso proposto dall'ente fiera ci sono stand di molteplici ditte di abbigliamento, oggettistica, utensileria, arredamenti, accessori, ecc... Il tastasal è un preparato di carne di maiale e scanello di vitello con aglio, rosmarino caratteristico di Isola, mentre il risotto con il pontel è tipicamente di origine mantovana perché abbina una costoletta al piatto. La differenza tra i due risotti è che con il tastasal il vialone nano lega e risulta più all'onda, mentre con il pontel rimane sgranato e più asciutto. Questione di palato. Se vuoi mangiare qualsiasi tipo di risotto oppure semplicemente fare un giro per le bancarelle non rimani deluso.consiglio vivamente i posteggi allestiti dalla fiera. In quanto il paese nn offre tanti posteggi. Beautiful fair that takes place on the island for many years. If you want to eat any kind of risotto or simply go for a walk around the stalls, don't be disappointed. I highly recommend the stands set up by the fair. As the country does not offer many parking lots.
M	Maria Egle Facci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiera grandissima, bene organizzata con i parcheggi e gli stands, numerosi ed interessanti, unico neo all’interno: coda alle casse, capannoni belli ma super-affollati tanto da dover alzare la voce con i vicini per riuscire a comunicare e i prezzi sono alti x essere una fiera! Non so se ritornerei. Very large fair, well organized with parking lots and stands, numerous and interesting, the only drawback inside: queue at the cash desks, beautiful but super crowded sheds so as to have to raise your voice with the neighbors to be able to communicate and the prices are high x be a fair! I posti auto liberi sarebbero molti se solo vi fossero delle regole per posteggiare ma al momento solo sterrato e se dovesse piovere allora anche fango. Dentro canto però è accogliente e funzionale (hanno partecipato e suonato anche gruppi rock). Insomma per le 5 stelle bisogna lavorarci su. The building has been under renovation for some time. From the outside it looks bad but ... give it time. The free parking spaces would be many if only there were rules to park but at the moment only dirt and if it were to rain then also mud. Inside, however, it is welcoming and functional (rock bands have also participated and played). So for the 5 stars you have to work on it.

Per mangiare ci siamo messi in coda e con una buona dose di pazienza abbiamo comprato i biglietti delle consumazioni. I risotti sono tutti molto buoni, ne abbiamo assaggiato vari e tutti ci sono piaciuti. All'interno della fiera mi è piaciuta la mostra sul riso che alcuni cartelloni mostrava vari aspetti della sua produzione. All'esterno una serie di stand gastronomici e la mostra degli animali ..... Tutto sommato è una fiera che vale il viaggio. Also this year the rice fair is going strong. The parking lots are large but at a certain time it is difficult to find.
