Sono tornata qualche giorno prima dell'evento per saldare il tutto e scopro che non si erano segnate i particolari dell'ordine. Mando degli amici il giorno stesso dell'evento a ritirare la merce nella finestra dell'orario da loro indicata e il tutto non era ancora pronto. Decisamente si può migliorare molto e offrire al cliente maggiore attenzione. Their compositions are splendid, but their seriousness and precision are not the same. I went in person to make arrangements for a reservation. I returned a few days before the event to settle everything and I discover that the details of the order had not been written down. I send friends on the day of the event to collect the goods in the time window indicated by them and everything was not yet ready. You can definitely improve a lot and offer the customer more attention.
