Mi hanno seguito con gentilezza e sono riuscito a trovare ciò che mi serviva passando una mezz’ora tranquilla in un bell’ambiente ed ospitale. 5 stelle di cuore ma non solo per ciò che ho acquistato o per il prezzo ma soprattutto perché l’ospitalità cortese é una cosa sempre più difficile da trovare e la pazienza per un cliente così difficile (ignorante) come me non era dovuta... peccato abitare lontano ma prossima volta che passo in Valsugana una scusa per passare la trovo ?

Congratulations! I was looking for an idea for a gift and I found some lovely people! They followed me with kindness and I managed to find what I needed by spending a quiet half hour in a beautiful and hospitable environment. 5 stars of the heart but not only for what I bought or for the price but above all because the courteous hospitality is something more and more difficult to find and the patience for a customer so difficult (ignorant) like me was not due ... pity to live far away but next time I pass in Valsugana an excuse to pass I find it ?

Con grande professionalità hanno ringraziato per averli avvisati del malcapitato acquisto e mi hanno dato 2 bottiglie nuove dell'annata successiva( ovviamente ho restituito i difettosi!)... Professionali e estremamente cortesi
I looked for a wine that HP found are from them, but I also had the misfortune of having completed 2 strangely undrinkable bottles ... With great professionalism they thanked them for advising them of the unfortunate purchase and they gave me 2 new bottles of the following vintage ( of course I returned the defective!) ... Professional and extremely courteous
