Bravissima la cuoca che pone nei piatti conoscenza e amore verso il cliente. Ottima la selezione dei vini, ricca scelta di cantine italiane e estere. Prezzi giusti sia dei vini che delle pietanze. Super consigliato!! An enchanting place made of kindness, professionalism and every most careful attention in the preparation of the dishes. Excellent and first choice dishes. Cena perfetta, materie prime di ottima qualità, buona cantina, sorpresa nel conto che è più che onesto per quel che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto. Siamo usciti con la promessa e la voglia di tornare, e la prossima volta ci faremo guidare in un percorso interamente di cucina giapponese. P.S. Al momento della prenotazione non avevo fatto presente che avremmo avuto con noi un canino di piccola taglia, una volta arrivati il titolare si è operato per sistemarci al meglio e il più possibile lontano da un tavolo dove ci sarebbe stato un altro cane, cosa non scontata viste le dimensioni e la disposizione della sala interna. La professionalità e la cordialità si vedono anche da questi particolari. Integro la recensione, anche se più delle 5 stelle che avevo già dato non posso dare, ma ho piacere di recensire la cena di ieri sera. A distanza di poche settimane ci siamo tornati per farsi guidare in un percorso completamente giapponese, vini compresi. Che delizia! Sushi e sakè, distillato al profumo di bergamotto con la zuppa, bollicine Franciacorta con la piccola deviazione sugli spaghetti alla chitarra e rossetti (piccolo peccato di stagione della zona difficile da trovare nei ristoranti) degna conclusione con manzo Kobe e Nebbiolo. Dessert e liquorino per arrivare al conto, giustissimo. A stylish little place with that welcoming and warm style, Italian-Japanese cuisine, classy Japanese, family management, the Japanese chef, in fact, makes her influence felt not only in the dishes, I would say in the whole place. Sushi and sake, bergamot-flavored distillate with the soup, Franciacorta bubbles with the small detour on spaghetti alla chitarra and lipsticks (a small seasonal sin of the area difficult to find in restaurants) worthy conclusion with Kobe beef and Nebbiolo. Dessert and liqueur to get the bill, quite right.
