La gelateria presenta i gusti all'interno delle vasche "coperte", questo ne permette la preservazione del gelato.. rispetto alle "montagne" di gelato che detto sinceramente servono per fare gola ai passanti ma non sono per niente igeniche . I gusti variano in base alla stagione e alla reperibilità. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo provato pistacchio di Sicilia, pandoro, mousse cioccolata calda e cioccolato fondente, ogni gusto si differenzia per grado di dolcezza, questo è un campanello fondamentale da tenere di conto per comprendere la qualità del gelato. Lavoro impeccabile, gusti ottimi e alta qualità !
 Ice cream shop found during a walk in the center of Cecina. The ice cream parlor has the flavors inside the "covered" tubs, this allows the preservation of the ice cream .. compared to the "mountains" of ice cream which, honestly said, serve to tempt passersby but are not hygienic at all. Tastes vary according to the season and availability. My partner and I tried Sicilian pistachio, pandoro, hot chocolate mousse and dark chocolate, each taste differs in the degree of sweetness, this is a fundamental bell to take into account in order to understand the quality of the ice cream. Flawless work, great tastes and high quality!
